With the rise of the Cyber Learning Space,online teaching and research came into being and received widespread attention from primary and secondary school teachers.The online platform has gradually become the main venue for teachers to participate in interactive teaching and research activities.The Cyber Learning Space provides teachers with diversified teaching and research service functions,innovates traditional teaching and research methods,and provides teachers with important environmental support for conducting online teaching and research.At present,the number of users and the scope of use of the Cyber Learning Space are constantly expanding,and through consulting relevant literature and field investigations,it is found that the actual application effect of online teaching and research platforms used by teachers of primary and middle schools is not ideal,and there are still many problems.Specifically,although the primary and secondary school teachers have registered an account for the online teaching and research platform,the actual frequency of use is not high,and the in-depth application of the online teaching and research platform is not enough.The lack of enthusiasm to participate in the online teaching and research activities makes the online teaching and research platform fail to really play its due role.The value of online teaching and research has seriously affected the quality of online teaching and research.Therefore,facing the problems existing in the application of the online teaching and research platform for elementary and middle school teachers,exploring the factors that influence the use of online teaching and research platforms by elementary and middle school teachers has become the key to whether the online teaching and research platform can be widely used among elementary and middle school teachers.Based on this,based on the existing research,this study explores the main factors that affect the use behavior of online teaching and research platforms for primary and secondary school teachers through qualitative research methods.The research methods used in this paper mainly include:literature research and qualitative research(interview method and content analysis method).The completed work is mainly as follows:1.Using the literature research method to summarize the application status of the online teaching and research platform,summarizing the key factors of the online teaching and research platform's teacher behavior to use;2.Design interview questionnaires based on existing research,and conduct field surveys on 20 teachers in some primary and secondary schools in W City to understand the status of teachers' application of the online teaching and research platform and the impact on teachers Factors of using online teaching and research platform;3.Clean the collected interview data,and at the same time,perform three-level coding on the interview data according to the grounded theory.Through experiments,the main factors influencing teachers' use intention and behavior of online teaching and research platform are:teacher's subject characteristics,platform object characteristics,social impact,platform use value,and convenience;4.To improve the online teaching and research platform for primary and secondary school teachers The application effect and usage behavior of the study,this study made three suggestions from the teacher's personal level,platform construction and social impact:First,teachers should change their personal teaching and research concepts,and strive to improve personal information literacy to adapt to the education informatization Needs;second,platform service providers should pay attention to the functional design and resource construction of online teaching and research platforms to meet the personalized and diversified teaching and research needs of teachers;third,schools and related education departments should implement effective teaching and research management activities to The teacher community creates a good online teaching and research atmosphere.However,this study also has the problems of limited research influencing factors and small research scope,and hopes to further improve in the future research.This research enriches the theoretical research of teachers' online teaching and research,and provides suggestions for guiding teachers to carry out collaborative teaching and research activities from different angles.It can provide reference and reference for the first-line teachers to use online teaching and research platforms in teaching research.
