Since ancient times,China has a tradition of respecting teachers.The thought of"heaven,earth,king,affinity and teacher" gives teachers a high status.However,with the increasing attention to education from all walks of life,people have too high expectations of teachers,resulting in the long-term invisible pressure on this group.For workers in all walks of life,a sense of vocation often has a positive impact on life satisfaction.According to the self-concordant theory,internal goals are harmonious and reflect a person's real needs,which will be achieved with more sustained efforts by the individual.If individuals pursue more internal goals,it may increase their self-efficacy of career goals.Throughout the development of teachers,the establishment of teachers' sense of career mission often starts at the stage of normal university students.Therefore,this study mainly discusses the influence mechanism of teachers' career mission on life satisfaction of normal university students,and investigates the mediating role of teachers'career goal self-efficacy,as well as the regulating role of goal content in it.In this study,447 undergraduate and junior college students were investigated by questionnaire,and 425 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 95.08%.SPSS22.0 and its macro programs process and Amos21.0 were used to analyze the data.The results show that:(1)teachers' career sense of mission positively predicted subjective life satisfaction(?=0.377,t=12.680,p<0.001).But in the intervening variable to join the career self-efficacy,direct prediction effects of teachers' professional sense of purpose in life satisfaction,but it is still a significant(?=0.298,t=8.37,p<0.001),teachers' career self-efficacy significantly predicted career objectives of mission(?=0.210,t=12.938,p<0.001),teachers' career self-efficacy significantly predict life satisfaction(?=0.379,t=4.312,p<0.001),the teacher career self-efficacy in teachers' professional sense of mission to partial intermediary role in the influence of life satisfaction,The indirect effect value of career goal self-efficacy was 0.079,accounting for 20.95%of the total effect value.To be specific,teachers' sense of vocation can improve their life satisfaction level by increasing their self-efficacy of career goals.(2)objective content plays a moderating role in the influence of teachers' career mission sense on teachers' career goal self-efficacy(?=-0.031,t=-2.835,p<0.05).Specifically,the pursuit of external goals by individuals can promote the positive relationship between teachers' sense of mission and their self-efficacy.When an individual has a high level of teacher's sense of vocation,he or she will generally have a high level of life satisfaction.The reason is that a high level of teacher's sense of vocation will make the individual more motivated to achieve the goal,so as to produce a high level of self-efficacy of career goal and make the individual have a high level of life satisfaction.The pursuit of external goals by individuals can promote the positive prediction of teachers' career mission and their self-efficacy.The results of this study are of great significance to the education and training of normal university students and the practice of vocational guidance.Normal colleges and universities should help students to have a comprehensive understanding of themselves,think about why they choose a normal major,and cultivate students' sense of vocation.It plays an important role in their career goal setting,career planning and career choice.
