| With the decentralization of China's commercial martial arts event approval authority and the continuous advancement of the "decentralization and management service" reform,a "lenient and strict management" competition market regulation system has gradually formed.However,"easy entry" is easy to change,and "strict control" is difficult to implement.In particular,the lower the threshold and then strengthening the regulatory release sequence,the credit supervision system of previous market entities has faced a lot of problems under the current "lendency and strict control" background.The challenge is that if it is not solved properly,there will be no hope of "strict management".The gate of "wide entry" will not open to the dividends of reform but to the flood beasts that are rushing to the market.The huge regulatory pressure makes government regulation face many challenges.The profit-seeking nature of businessmen makes the market competition more disorderly.However,the seemingly dynamic commercial martial arts event market has many worries.The profit-seeking nature of businessmen makes the market event more disorderly.However,the seemingly energetic commercial martial arts event market has many worries.Therefore,mobilizing a third party to participate in the supervision of the commercial martial arts event market,cultivating competition enterprises to conduct self-regulation,and constructing a coordinated regulation of multiple subjects is a powerful means to break the current regulatory dilemma.This study takes the theory of responsive regulation as the analysis framework,and takes commercial martial arts competition regulation as the starting point.It uses the literature method,logical analysis method,interview method and field investigation method to systematically analyze the application of responsive regulation theory in the field of commercial martial arts competition regulation.Based on the determination of the applicable situation,we explored the regulatory overview of China's commercial martial arts competitions:in terms of the regulatory environment,the government's simplified administration and decentralization reform continued to advance,and the competition regulation changed from pre-event to post-event;in terms of regulatory bodies,the government's supervisory functions The gradual optimization and the importance of social organization are emphasized;the prominent features of supervision methods are mainly compulsory supervision methods,supplemented by incentive supervision methods;in terms of supervision accountability,the responsibilities of the supervision subject are blurred,and the accountability mechanism is illegally ruled.It reveals the multi-dimensional dilemma faced by China's commercial martial arts competition supervision,which mainly includes the weak implementation of government supervision,weak supervision of social organizations,lack of self-regulation responsibility for competition organizations,and a diverse and coordinated supervision system has not yet been formed.It also proposes a corresponding implementation path for the supervision of commercial martial arts competitions.At the legal level:improving relevant laws and regulations to provide practical basis for regulatory accountability;at the administrative level:accelerating the separation of government and society in martial arts projects and fully tapping the potential of social organization;at the social level:Set up a supervisory committee composed of multi-party representatives to build a multi-system supervisory system;Industry level:build an intensified mutual assistance supervision model for enterprises to give full play to the positive role of self-regulatory supervision;enterprise level:implement hierarchical supervision based on the corporate credit rating. |
