Investigation And Analysis On Current Teaching Situation Of Basketball Optional Course In Colleges In Jinan

With the rapid development of physical education in China,basketball has become one of the most favorite sports for college students,and it is also a common course in college physical education.Because of the large number of students,the uneven sports foundation of students and the relatively single traditional sports teaching mode,the elective course teaching of public sports basketball in Colleges and universities does not match the needs of modern students,which hinders the development of students and basketball.This research mainly uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,interview and logical analysis.Taking the present situation of public sports basketball elective course teaching in eight colleges and universities in Jinan as the research object,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on some teachers and students,and analyzes the structure of teachers,students and various elements of teaching process,the purpose is to find out the problems in the teaching process in time,so as to provide theoretical reference for further promoting the development of school physical education in the new era and exploring the reform direction of College Public Physical Education basketball teaching.After investigation,the following conclusions were reached:1.The development of faculty structure of basketball optional course in colleges in Jinan is not balanced.2.The students of basketball optional course in colleges in Jinan have a strong interest and clear motivation to participate in basketball,but the overall basketball basic level is low.3.The construction of teaching materials and field equipment of basketball optional course in colleges in Jinan needs to be strengthened;the setting of teaching content and total class hours of semester needs to be further optimized;innovative teaching methods are not fully used in actual teaching.4.The evaluation method of the students' learning effect and teaching quality of basketball optional course in colleges in Jinan is not reasonable.
