Research On The Application Effect Of Asynchronous Teaching Method In College Basketball Public Physical Education

With the rapid development of "Internet education ",more and more attention has been paid to the informatization of education,which promotes the core idea of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching.Nowadays,college education is also undergoing a network,digital,intelligent,personalized,lifelong education system reform.This paper explores the application effect of this teaching method in college basketball teaching,that is,the influence on students' physical quality,basketball basic technology,sports cooperative learning ability and sports autonomous learning ability,and provides reference for the application and promotion of asynchronous teaching method in college physical education subject teaching.This study takes the application effect of asynchronous teaching method in the teaching of public physical education basketball in colleges and universities as the research object,and takes the students of two classes of 2019 public physical education basketball class of Yunnan normal University as the experimental object,34 in the control class and 38 in the experimental class.Using literature method,questionnaire method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,after a semester(the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019)32 hours of teaching experiments,the experimental class using asynchronous teaching method and the traditional teaching model of the control class experimental results are analyzed and discussed in detail,the following results are obtained:(1)There was no significant difference between the physical fitness test results of the experimental class and the control class after the experiment(p>0.05),that is,there was no significant difference between the physical fitness test results of the experimental class after the experiment and the physical fitness of the control class.It shows that there is no significant difference between asynchronous teaching method and traditional teaching mode in physical fitness in college public sports basketballteaching.(2)There was a significant difference between the basic techniques of basketball in the experimental class after the experiment and the results of the test of the basic techniques of basketball in the control class(P<0.05),and the difference in one minute positioning shooting was very significant(P<0.01).It shows that the asynchronous teaching method is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode in learning the basic techniques of college public sports basketball.(3)There was a significant difference between the experimental class' s interest in physical education and the control class' s interest in physical education after the experiment(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental class' s interest in physical education after the experiment was significantly better than that of the control class.Explain that applying asynchronous teaching method can improve learning students' interest in sports learning.(4)The difference between the test results of learning motivation,learning process and learning results of the experimental class and the control class P less than0.05,that is,the learning motivation,learning process and learning results of the experimental class after the experiment were significantly better than those of the control class after the experiment.From the aspect of autonomous learning,asynchronous teaching method has outstanding effect compared with traditional teaching method.The study concluded that(1)The application of asynchronous teaching method has improved the physical quality of students in public sports basketball teaching in colleges and universities is not very obvious;(2)asynchronous teaching method has a significant improvement and effect on students' basic skills of basketball;(3)students' satisfaction with asynchronous teaching method is better than traditional teaching method,which shows that students are more interested in using asynchronous teaching method;(4)asynchronous teaching method has a beneficial effect on students' autonomous learning ability of physical education and helps to improve students' autonomous learning ability of physical education.Synthesizing the above several aspects of asynchronous teaching method can be applied to college publicphysical education basketball teaching You can even try other sports in physical education.However,the traditional teaching also has its own advantages,does not mean that asynchronous teaching method can replace the traditional classroom teaching method,should take its essence between the two and discard its dross.
