Study On The Path Of Raising The Consciousness Of Rule Of Law Among College Students

The awareness of the rule of law is people's knowledge and understanding of the meaning,content,function and characteristics of the rule of law,and it is also the basic concept and guideline for correctly handling individual and various relationships.The university stage,as a key period for young people to establish a good sense of the rule of law,has positive practical implications for the promotion of national rule of law construction and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,it should be noted that at present,the frequent occurrence of exam cheating,Internet fraud,intentional homicide and other illegal and criminal incidents among college students is a concrete manifestation of the weak awareness of the rule of law.Therefore,basing on the previous research results on the rule of law awareness,this paper is an investigation and research on the general idea of "what-why-how to do",using a combination of literature research and questionnaire survey,sorting out the relevant content of the "rule of law awareness",focusing on the current situation of the rule of law awareness of college students to conduct a systematic investigation and research.Through the analysis of the data obtained to support the evidence that university students have shown that they are actively concerned about the construction of the rule of law in society;they are aware of the basic ideology of the rule of law;and they have good law-abiding concepts.At the same time,there are several problems,such as insufficient knowledge of the law,inadequate ability to defend rights,a lack of awareness of legal authority and a lack of trust in judicial justice.Problems in the process of enhancing the awareness of the rule of law among university students is caused by many reasons,both related to the main factors of university faculty construction and university students' own object factors,but also deeply influenced by a variety of mediator factors and loop body factors.Based on this,the construction of teachers should be strengthened,attention to the cultivation of the rule of law awareness,improve the construction of Civics and Politics courses,create a good atmosphere of the rule of law,and explore reasonable and effective ways to deepen the field to provide reference.
