Study On The Characteristics And Path Of First-class Discipline Construction In Colleges And Universities With Local Industry Characteristics

Colleges and universities with local industry characteristics have strong industry advantages,professional resources and strong discipline reputation,provide theoretical knowledge and talent guarantee for industry and local development,can promote the development of regional economy,and have a solid foundation for running a school.The eight-character policy of "To support superior disciplines,subjects in urgent need of development to develop,characteristic disciplines,emerging disciplines" is put forward in the Measures for the Implementation of the Construction of World-class Universities and First-class Discipline(Provisional).The characteristics of running a university with industry characteristics are fully in line with this policy.Local characteristic colleges and universities occupy the main body of industry colleges and universities,and have important significance to the development of local and industry.At present,the existing research has failed to analyze the actual influence of the "double first-class" and the local "double first-class" policy background on the local industry characteristic colleges and universities,and the research on this kind of colleges and universities is insufficient.It is very important to explore the relevant characteristics of its first-class discipline construction and to build a reasonable path for its discipline construction.Because some local industry characteristic colleges and universities have entered the "first-class discipline construction university" team,in order to carry on the pertinence analysis to this kind of university,This study will classify the local industry characteristic colleges and universities with the qualification of "first-class discipline construction colleges and universities" and explore their discipline construction characteristics and policy characteristics.It is found that colleges and universities with industry characteristics have four advantages in terms of the characteristics of discipline construction,strong support from local governments,rational niche expansion and separation,and diversified talent training.There is a convergence of construction text publication time,text words,text layout,construction content,reform task and construction principle in the policy characteristics of local industry characteristic colleges and universities.There are differences between high level industry characteristic colleges and universities and ordinary local industry characteristic colleges and universities in construction objectives,construction content and construction principles.The convergence of construction text is mainly guided by authoritative policy and evaluation index,while the difference is based on the rational response of different levels of colleges and universities and the limitation of construction resources.In view of the characteristics and differences of discipline construction between the two kinds of colleges and universities,high-level colleges and universities with industry characteristics should strengthen the construction of discipline ecology,promote the development of discipline characteristics,construct the characteristic culture of industry colleges and universities and promote the construction path of international standard.This study closely combines the first-class discipline construction characteristics of colleges and universities with local industry characteristics with the theory,and enriches the application of the theory of division of labor and niche theory in the background of "double first-class" construction in China.Expanded on the industry characteristic university domain research.It is beneficial for different levels of local industry colleges and universities to make clear the actual characteristics of the discipline construction of the school under the background of the current "double first-class" policy,so as to rationally overcome the disadvantages and carry forward the strengths in the process of practice.To promote the high level of local industry colleges and universities continue to seize the policy opportunities for the development of national higher education and further build world-class disciplines.To promote the rational response of colleges and universities with local industry characteristics to the "double first-class" construction policy,according to the actual situation of their own development,the pursuit of reasonable discipline construction direction and level.
