The market is increasingly fiercely competitive,requiring companies to view performance as the most important indicator of their operations.The performance of employees' work is also taken as the foundation of the company's total performance.And is highly valued.Exploring and improving employee performance levels from different angles is one of the focuses of corporate practice departments or researchers.In addition,as China strengthens its emphasis on education,parents' expectations for their children are getting higher and higher.Therefore,students' academic performance is more important.In response to this trend,various training institutions have emerged.The market competition is so fierce,and these training institutions are also facing the problem that the performance level of employees' work is not up to standard.In this regard,this article will be based on the perspective of customer differences,with Ningxia academic training institutions staff(primary and high school teachers)as the research objects.In the summary of core variables(customer differences,core self-evaluation,job involvement and job performance),join the job involvement as intermediary variables and customer differences(student type,parental cooperation level,teaching scale and student learning attitude)as adjustment variables,explore training institutions.The impact of employee core self-evaluation on job performance.The SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 software were used to empirically analyze the data reflecting the variables to verify the model and hypothesis.Based on the empirical results,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The four dimensions of core self-evaluation and job performance and the three dimensions of job involvement are significantly positively correlated.(2)The three dimensions of job involvement and the four dimensions of work performance are significantly positively correlated.And job involvement plays a partial intermediary role between core self-evaluation and work performance.(3)In place of the customer difference,the student type has a negative correlation with the work input.The degree of parental cooperation and the student's learning attitude are positively related to the work input.There is no correlation between the teaching scale and the work input.(4)Among the four aspects of customer differences,the student type plays a negative role in the relationship between core self-evaluation and work input.Parental cooperation degree,teaching scale and student learning attitude all positively evaluate core self-evaluation and work input.Finally,the paper draws the corresponding results,and proposes relevant countermeasures to improve the performance of employees in Ningxia's academic training institutions.And points out the lack of research and the future.
