Analysis Of The Status And Factors Affecting Children's Participation In Tennis In Enshi City

As the cradle of the growth of tennis players like National Games,Asian Games,Olympics and Grand Slam champions,Hubei is no longer brilliant than before.Children are the key to the sustained development of Hubei tennis.In recent years,there are no excellent coaches in the province and the tennis seedlings can not be connected with the provincial team.The development of children's tennis in the province and the training of tennis talents are related to the future development of Hubei tennis.Therefore,the province has actively carried out children's tennis campaigns,supported and cooperated with the provincial team's children's tennis work,and actively transported children's tennis reserve talents for the provincial team.This paper uses the literature method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,based on the research of other regions,investigated 102 youth tennis players and 16 tennis coaches.,and the current status of management of youth tennis in Enshi City.The following conclusions are drawn through investigation and research:1.According to factor analysis,the influencing factors of children's participation in tennis in Enshi City mainly include personal factors,environmental factors,coach factors and family factors.Personal factors are the most important factors affecting children's participation in tennis.2.Among the personal factors,personal physical fitness,love for tennis,mastery of tennis skills,and pressure of study all have important influences on children's participation in tennis.3.Among the environmental factors,the lack of venue facilities,the lack of children's tennis competitions,the lack of tennis propaganda,and the poor tennis atmosphere have directly affected the children's participation in tennis in Enshi.4.Among the coaching factors,whether or not the coaches are sparring or coaching and the level of the coaches has an important influence on the children's participation in tennis in Enshi.5.In the family factor,family economic conditions and parental attitudes toward children's participation in tennis have an important impact on children's participation in tennis.In response to these conclusions,the following recommendations are made:1.Focus on individual factors and take appropriate measures for various influencing factors.2.Do a good job in tennis enlightenment,teach different students according to their aptitude,improve their time management ability,actively participate in sports after the course study,and optimize the age structure of participants.3.Accelerate the construction of tennis court facilities,provide a fixed and sufficient children's tennis training venue,and ensure the smooth development of children's participation in tennis training activities.Regularly hold children's tennis competitions,increase opportunities for young children to participate in tennis competitions,create a platform for children to show themselves,and improve the current situation of tennis players participating in competitions.Strengthen the promotion of tennis,especially the promotion of children's tennis.Through various online media,we will expand the popularity and influence of tennis in Enshi City and create a social environment in which children participate in tennis.4.Organize coaches to carry out on-the-job training,improve the coach's professional skills,learning ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability,and improve the coach's business level.5.Play the role of organization and coordination of the Tennis Association,actively attract social resources,and strive for various funding channels such as social sponsorship and personal investment.Regularly communicate with parents of children's tennis participants,actively grasp the ideological dynamics of children and parents,strive for parental support,and retain excellent tennis seedlings.
