The evaluation of the project construction scale and workload plays a vital role in the project work deployment,is the basis for the project work arrangement, and is also the basis for estimating the human and material input. The accuracy of the project construction scale and workload assessment determines the overtime situation of the project construction, the degree of deviation of the funds and technology investment from the budget, and even the success or failure of the project. Therefore,it is necessary to adopt an evaluation scheme with high project fit to ensure the evaluation effect.Based on the background of deep digital campus construction in H District of Beijing, this paper discusses the construction of an evaluation plan for the scale and workload evaluation of digital campus construction projects that can be used in the region. It adopts literature research method, investigation research method, qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis. The method first compares the research model of education informatization project evaluation at home and abroad, refers to the evaluation index proposed by scholars, and combines the actual situation of the project, proposes the scheme of using IFPUG function point analysis method to evaluate the project scale and workload, and optimize the scheme. The H-zone digital campus construction project was evaluated, and the business requirement integrity, project scale and workload of the program were obtained.Based on the evaluation results, the significance of the project for the digital campus construction in the H area in terms of the efficiency of the information platform, the cost-saving effect and the decision-making in the future is obtained.
