Research On Teaching Ideas Of Excellent Teachers In Chemical Experiments

With the advancement of the core literacy of middle school chemistry,the role of experiments in chemistry teaching is increasing.How to treat and implement experimental teaching in middle school chemistry teachers is very important.Teachers' teaching concepts are in the same vein as their teaching behaviors.Research on the concept of chemistry experiment teaching for outstanding teachers can promote the development of the concept of experimental teaching for ordinary teachers and provide an effective reference for the training of excellent teachers.On the basis of literature research,this thesis uses Delphi method to conduct three rounds of questionnaire surveys on 23 outstanding middle school chemistry teachers and researchers,and extracts a structural model of chemistry experiment teaching concepts for outstanding teachers.Then select outstanding teacher cases for interviews to verify the correctness of the experimental teaching concept system,and select outstanding teacher lessons to observe and appreciate the important guiding significance of teachers' teaching concepts to their teaching practice.The conclusions of this study are:(1)The teaching concept of chemistry experiment of excellent teachers can be summarized into 5 first level concepts and 24 second level concepts.Among them,5 first-class concepts are teacher-student view,chemistry view,experiment view,method view and evaluation view.(2)The 5 first level concepts are independent and interdependent."Experimental view"is the core of the concept system,which provides impetus for the development of other teaching concepts."Evaluation view" and "method view" not only take the experimental view as the carrier,but also provide methods and perspectives for teachers' experimental teaching."Teacher-student view" is the source of the development of the whole concept system."Chemistry view" guides the development of other concepts from a higher perspective.(3)Excellent teachers' wonderful chemistry class can not be separated from the guidance of advanced teaching concepts and concepts guiding behavior.Therefore,in the process of chemical teachers' training and professional development,it is necessary to infiltrate correct experimental teaching concepts.
