Effects Of School Football Training On Physical Fitness Of Obese Children Aged 12-14 Years

In recent years,the physical health status of teenagers and children in China has been declining year by year.This phenomenon is obviously reflected in the representative data reflecting the physical development and sports quality level,such as the national standard test of students' physical health,and the trend of obesity among teenagers and children is gradually increasing,and tends to be younger.Objective: In this study,through the intervention of school football training on the health and physical fitness of obese children aged 12-14,the influence of school football training on the health and physical fitness of obese children was analyzed and studied,and more theoretical basis was provided for the enhancement of the health and physical fitness of obese children and the further promotion of school football.Methods: In this study,20 obese children(10 males and 10 females)were randomly selected as the experimental group and 20 obese children(10 males and 10females)as the control group.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in body composition,cardiopulmonary function,muscle fitness,flexibility and other indicators(P>0.05).The experimental group was given the school football training five times a week for intervention,while the control group was given the normal schedule.Two months later,the test was conducted again.The measured data were analyzed using spss25 software and mathematical statistics to explore the influence of school football training on the health and physical fitness of obese children in the experimental group.The indicators before and after the experiment in the experimental group and before and after the experiment in the control group were compared and analyzed.P>0.05 was considered as no significant difference,P<0.05 as significant difference,and P<0.01 as very significant difference.Results: After the completion of two months of campus football training,the changes of health and fitness indexes in the experimental group were as follows:(1)body composition.After the experiment,the body composition indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared,and there were significant improvements in height,weight,body fat rate,BMI,visceral fat,subcutaneous fat,and fat-free weight(P<0.05).BMI decreased from obesity to overweight level,body fat rate,visceral fat and subcutaneous fat all decreased significantly,and fat-free weight significantly increased,and the change was greater in boys than girls.(2)cardiopulmonary function.After the experiment,the heart rate of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group when it was quiet,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).The heart rate of the experimental group decreased after the experiment compared with that before the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment,the lung capacity of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment,the lung capacity of the experimental group was significantly larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Muscular fitness.After the experiment,the grip strength of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(p<0.05).The grip strength of the experimental group after the experiment was significantly stronger than that before the experiment(p<0.05),and the grip strength of the experimental group was more balanced after the experiment.Before the trial group compared with control group sit-ups there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),the experimental group and control group after sit-ups compared with significant difference(P < 0.05),the experimental group after the experiment and experimental sit-ups before has significant difference(P < 0.05),through training the experimental waist abdomen strength has improved significantly.There was no significant difference in the standing long jump between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the standing long jump between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(4)Flexibility.After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the flexibility of the experimental group was significantly better than that before the experiment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)long-term and regular school football training has a significant impact on the reduction of weight,BMI,body fat rate,visceral fat,subcutaneous fat and other indicators of obese teenagers,so as to restore them to the normal level.Also can make the obese child's figure to get the obvious improvement.(2)long-term and regular school football training can improve the heart function and lung function,and improve the function of cardiovascular system,providing favorable conditions for obese children to engage in physical activities for a long time.(3)regular school football games for a long time can not only strengthen the strength of the leg muscles,but also strengthen the strength of the upper limbs and the strength of the waist and abdomen,improve the muscle fitness of obese children,provide a guarantee basis for general physical activities,and prevent diseases and injuries caused by insufficient strength.(4)Regular school football training for a long time can enhance the flexibility of obese children,enhance the flexibility of the body,is conducive to promoting physical health,prevention of injury.
