Social Work Involved In The Study Of Elders' Emotional Loneliness In The Urban Community

At present,China has entered the aging society and the aging phenomenon is becoming more and more serious.With the development of contemporary economy,especially in the case of city rich material conditions,speed up the pace of life and social structure vicissitude disorientation that causes some old people to the society,the city community relations of indifference,children because working reason not to accompany the old man around,urban community elderly people are more likely to feel the emotional loneliness.As a vulnerable group,the elderly in the society should be paid more attention to,but under the above background,the situation of the urban elderly is more severe.We should not only pay attention to the material needs of the elderly in cities,but also to their emotional loneliness.Based on the perspective of social work,this paper adopts the method of group work to intervene in the emotional loneliness of the elderly in urban communities,so as to help them out of the emotional loneliness and actively face the old age.Demand based on the previous research,the author choose Nanjing province Jiangpu street L of elderly community as the research object,through household visits,questionnaire survey form to understand the old people's emotional life present situation,the results found that there are L community elderly emotional loneliness problems,main show is:don't want to interpersonal communication,activity participation rate is low,the interpersonal intendency,low self-perception and dependencies.And through the UCLA loneliness scale to measure,the old man was finally selected the 10 old people with high levels of loneliness as the intervention object,combined with the advantages of Angle of view and the theory of social support,performance for the elderly emotional loneliness problems to design to carry out the work in groups of seven,after through phone calls and face to face review for the follow-up tracking service.Finally,the group was evaluated,the desirable experience in the service activities was summarized,the deficiencies were reflected,and the practical Suggestions on the use of the group's social work to intervene in the emotional loneliness of the elderly in the urban community were put forward.
