With the implementation of the family planning policy for more than 30 years,China has entered the ranks of countries with low fertility rate.In order to alleviate the phenomenon of continuously low total fertility rate and cope with China's basic national conditions and many problems caused by family planning,China has made a series of adjustments to its fertility policy,and implemented the "universal two-child" policy in2016.The survey pointed out that after the implementation of the policy,China's birth rate did not reach the expected level,with the fertility intention lower than 30 percent of the expected rate.With the development and progress of the society,women employment form diversification,the traditional female employment mode and concept has been changed,aiming at existing employment discrimination in the labour market,increase the employment pressure,professional women professional female fertility and family will affect career development and even result in a career break again,the employment situation brings new difficulties,these will undoubtedly cause birth body-a woman's fertility will keep falling,the reason is the imperfect employment protection rights and interests of the professional women.Based on the questionnaire survey of professional women in Liaoning province,this paper investigates the status quo of the desire of professional women to have a second child in the sample area,and the data show that the desire of professional women to have a second child is relatively low.It also analyzes the main influencing factors of the desire of professional women to have a second child from the personal level,family level and professional level,and concludes that occupational factors have the most significant influence on the desire of women to have a second child.Birth and reproduction will lead to career interruption,income penalty,career downward development,employment discrimination and other negative effects on working women.Therefore,in order to avoid the occupational factors that lead to the low willingness of career women to have a second child,this paper puts forward a study on improving the employment security mechanism of career women during their "second child" childbearing period,and further puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.Liaoning is one of the regions with low fertility rate in China.In this context,the research samples are limited and cannot represent the research on fertility problem in China.However,this research has corresponding practical significance for the research on the improvement of employment security for women in other regions with low fertility rate.
