Analysis Of The Fertility Intentions And Influence Factors In The Policy Context Of The "Comprehensive Two-child" Policy

Since the 1980 s,the state began to carry out family planning program.while the implementation of family planning make China out of the crisis of the "population explosion",but with the implementation of the time,the population structure aging trend deepens,workforce support burden is getting heavier and heavier,the consumption of social wealth acceleration raises,the population dividend tends to disappear.With the opening of the "comprehensive two-child" policy,Academics produce different voices,however,the opening of the "comprehensive two-child" policy is to optimize the population structure,and intensified the conflict between population and resources,environment,these all needs time to test.This study used Yaodu district of Linfen group as the research object,on the basis of reading a large amount of literature,using the theory of rational choice,going deep into Yaodu district of Linfen in Shanxi Province to carry out field survey,made210 questionnaires investigation of Yaodu district.At the same time,I interviewed the obstetricians and gynaecologists,director of the community and the people in marriage who meet the requirements of the second child.I also investigated the basic situation of the policy people of the "comprehensive two-child" in the Yaodou district of linfen,the second child fertility intentions and its influencing factors.The article is divided into four parts.The introduction part introduced the research background,purpose and significance of the article,the core concepts,theoretical basis is presented,and the fertility intentions and fertility behavior,one-child policy and the factors that affect fertility intentions of the relevant literature review.The article made the outline to the research of the design process and method.The first chapter is the characteristics of the samples analysis and correlation analysis,respectively for samples of gender,education,occupation,whether the one-child and analyzed the characteristics of distribution and their correlation with the childbearing willing study.The second chapter is the analysis of the causes of influence samples childbearing willing,with rational choice theory to explain,from the perspective of security,economic situation,and in social interaction to discusses the application of three aspects.Chapter 3 is the conclusion and the discussion section,the conclusion is drawn,and the analysis is made.Survey found that: 1,most of the people wanted to two children,desired fertility sex is a boy and a girl.2,In terms of influencing factors of fertility intentions,The effect of policy factors is weakening,factors other than policy gradually dominate.The economic factors in the surveyed people was theimportant factor.People of different incomes,degrees and professions have different choices.The article answers the previous assumptions,and There are some new findings: 1,Different income,education and occupation on the willingness of people to breed have signs of convergence and differences are becoming less obvious.2,Gender preference is weak,and there is a trend of girls' preference.Therefore,in order to transform the childbearing willing into the realization of reproductive behavior,It is hoped that the relevant departments will make a series of policies that will benefit women in the second child,and work units and community organizations should provide corresponding protection and services.We will ensure that the "comprehensive two-child" policy of the country can be carried out better and ensure that women of reproductive age have a favorable reproductive environment.
