With the promotion of quality education in our country and the implementation of the new physical education curriculum standard(2017),more and more people pay attention to the physical education of middle school students.The physical education curriculum carried out by schools is the main way for middle school students to exercise.However,the traditional teaching methods are boring and it is difficult to arouse the learning interest of middle school students.It is difficult to help students establish the awareness of lifelong physical education.Middle school physical education needs more diversified teaching methods as a breakthrough to achieve better learning results for students.The new physical education curriculum standard(2017)divides the curriculum objectives into three aspects: sports ability,healthy behavior and physical education moral character.The high school physical education curriculum also takes these three aspects as the objectives for teaching,and the students' learning effects are judged according to these three aspects.In order to make the students achieve better learning effects,this paper applies the goal-oriented teaching method to the aerobics curriculum teaching and carries out specific experimental research.This research adopts the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and logical analysis to study the learning effect of aerobics for senior high school students under the background of goal orientation.In this paper,two parallel classes of female students in grade two of Harbin No.3 middle school were selected as experimental objects and divided into control group and experimental group.the teaching experiment lasted for 12 weeks and 24 hours.through the comparison of physical fitness test,questionnaire survey and aerobics test results before and after the experiment,the following conclusions were drawn:Goal-oriented teaching can effectively improve the performance of one-minute sit-ups and seat forward flexion in high school students' physical fitness,but it does not significantly improve the performance of 50 meters and 800 meters running.In the aspect of sports cognition,goal-oriented teaching has improved the formation arrangement ability of high school students,but the effect of training students' sense of music rhythm is not obvious.Through goal-oriented teaching,high school students can cultivate their exercise habits,master the correct exercise methods,help students release pressure and cultivate the sense of teamwork.The improvement in students' adaptability is not obvious.Through goal-oriented teaching,we can cultivate a positive and enterprising learning attitude,understand the rules of the competition,and look at the winning or losing of the competition with a correct attitude.The improvement in students' sense of social responsibility is not obvious.Goal-oriented teaching takes students as the main body,through systematic teaching design and teachers' reflection,in order to achieve the improvement of students' sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality in different degrees.
