In order to explore the influence of the relationship between teaching efficacy and competence level of middle school physical education teachers in Harbin on middle school physical education teaching,this paper studies the relationship between teaching efficacy and competence level of middle school physical education teachers in Harbin by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The results show that:(1)physical education teachers in Harbin middle school are the implementers of physical education in Harbin middle school,and their teacher-student ratio is about 1:185.32.Harbin middle school physical education teachers are mainly middle-aged and young teachers aged 31-50,with the teaching age mainly between 11-20 years;the title structure is mainly primary and intermediate,which is composed of novice,proficient and expert type.(2)The overall level of teaching efficacy of physical education teachers in Harbin is relatively high.There are some differences among the four dimensions of teaching efficacy of novice,proficient and expert PE teachers,including classroom management,clarity of teaching materials,application of teaching strategies and skills,and interaction between teachers and students.However,expert PE teachers are relatively competitive in all dimensions,and each dimension of proficient PE teachers is complementary to each other.(3)The overall competence level of physical education teachers in Harbin middle school is relatively high,but the competence of novice,proficient and expert physical education teachers is different in five dimensions: scientific research innovation,information collection and learning ability,teaching and organization ability,professional knowledge,personality characteristics,and these five dimensions: proficient and expert teachers are better than novice teachers in all aspects.(4)There is a positive correlation between the competency and teaching efficacy of middle school PE teachers in Harbin,but personality is the only negative correlation dimension between the competency and teaching efficacy.There is a significant negative correlation between novice teacher's competence and total score of efficacy,but there is a significant negative correlation between classroom management dimension and scientific research innovation dimension in the relationship between competence and all dimensions of efficacy;skilled teacher's competence has a significant positive correlation with total score of teaching efficacy except for personality dimension and total score of teaching efficacy;expert teacher's competence has a significant positive correlation with total score of teaching efficacy There was a significant positive correlation between teachers' competence and efficacy,but there was no significant correlation between information collection and learning ability,personality dimensions.(5)The change rules and quantitative relationship between teaching efficacy and competence of middle school PE teachers in Harbin are as follows: the clarity of teaching materials,teaching strategy and skill application have certain predictive effect on the overall competence of teachers;the regression analysis of novice teachers shows that the clarity of teaching materials,teaching strategy and skill application have certain predictive effect on novice teaching The competency of teachers has a certain predictive effect;the proficient teacher is the three dimensions of the clarity of teaching materials,the application of teaching strategies and skills,and the interaction between teachers and students.Fourth,the expert teacher is the application of teaching strategies and skills,the interaction between teachers and students,and the clarity of teaching materials.(6)The factors that affect the teaching efficacy and competence level of physical education teachers in Harbin are mainly embodied in four aspects: teaching experience,subject knowledge,students' recognition and teachers' recognition of work,and different types of teachers have different performances in four aspects.
