In recent years,the popularity of Internet and portable network terminals and a series of new media platforms characterized by "micro",such as microblog and wechat,have been developing vigorously.Their significance is not only as a technical platform for information interaction and data storage at the physical level,but also to create a new field of behavior activities that people rely on increasingly at the social and cultural level.Because of its global,interactive,timely,sharing,equality,convenience and other characteristics,the new space created by the Internet has rapidly created a prosperous social and cultural scene of the network due to its revolutionary significance for the extremely high dissemination and processing speed of information and the electronic cross domain platform it has built.With the rise of "micro culture",it penetrates into people's daily life and way of thinking with an attitude of "micro",which has a profound impact on people's online public opinion behavior.From the perspective of micro culture,college students are active in group thinking and personality publicity,pursuing democracy and freedom,having a certain vision and cultural knowledge background,but their world outlook,outlook on life and values are not fully formed,under certain circumstances,their self-control ability is weak,they lack a more comprehensive understanding and judgment ability of things,and they are easily confused by surface phenomena.Therefore,in the context of micro culture,network public opinion for its college students: on the one hand,giving them the right to fully express their opinions and convenient channels to receive knowledge and information will help stimulate their innovation ability to a certain extent;on the other hand,once the guidance and supervision mechanism is ineffective,they are likely to violate the boundaries of anomie and deviant.Therefore,it is necessary to study the guidance mechanism of College Students' Internet public opinion behavior from the perspective of micro culture.In this paper,the college students as the research subject,on the basis of combing the previous research results,combined with the theory of planned behavior,taking the influencing factors of College Students' online public opinion behavior under the microculture as the starting point,carry out the empirical research of College Students' online public opinion behavior under the micro culture;combined with the influencing factors,from the perspective of management,find out the construction of College Students' online public opinion behavior under the micro culture Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies to guide and promote the Internet public opinion behavior of college students from the perspective of micro culture.Hope to provide inspiration and useful reference for related guidance work.
