Sand pool game is popular with children.Sand pool game not only provide sufficient play space and rich play materials for children,but also have simple and not complicated rules compared with other areas.Therefore,it can largely satisfy children's desire for games,support their independent choice and free exploration,so as to obtain rich game experience and form a number of positive learning qualities.Early childhood education is an important starting point for lifelong development,and approaches toward/to learning is highly valued as the "core force" to support individual sustainable development.The approaches toward/to learning is formed in the early stage of children,and it is implicit,which increases the difficulty and urgency of educational practice.At the same time,the approaches toward/to learning should be not only cultivated through activities,but also demonstrated through activities.Therefore,the evaluation of approaches toward/to learning based on specific situations is helpful to excavate the deep value of games and explore the effective ways to cultivate approaches toward/to learning.According to the procedure of evaluation research,this study first took X garden as a sample kindergarten and sand pool game as a mediumto evaluate children's approaches toward/to learning.Secondly,the primary,middle and senior class children(N=90)were taken as the research object to observe and record the children's play behavior through the live recording method.Finally,the data obtained were quantified by video coding technology,and the measurement results of approaches toward/to learning in sand pool game were interpreted by case analysis.The results show that:1.The distribution of approaches toward/to learning in sand pool game is unbalanced: there are significant differences among different approaches toward/to learning.2.There are different correlations between approaches toward/to learning in sand pool game: there are significant differences in the correlation levels between different approaches toward/to learning.3.The approaches toward/to learning in sand pool game will be affected by factors such as age,gender and playing time.Based on this research,Suggestions are put forward for relevant education practitioners: on the basis of "problem situation",comprehensively cultivate children's approaches toward/to learning by taking curiosity and initiative as the entry point;Respect individual differences,play the advantages of game type in the formation of approaches toward/to learning "complementary effect";Ensure the game time,in the game to find the quality of learning to form the "opportunity".
