Estimate And Spatiotemporal Pattern Analysis Of New Urbanization In Hunan Province

In recent years,Hunan Province has made great progress in urbanization against the background of the national strategy of "Rising of Central China".However,the traditional high-speed development mode of " emphasizes things over people" urbanization also brings many problems and contradictions.Therefore,to improve the quality of urbanization development and take the development path of the new urbanization has become the inevitable choice to promote urbanization construction in the new period.To this end,this paper,taking 122 counties of Hunan Province as the research unit,from the social population,economy technology and resource environment three dimension evaluation index system of constructing the new urbanization of Hunan Province,using the entropy method,mathematical statistics analysis,exploratory spatial data analysis and other methods,in 2007,2012 and 2017 as the research time node,from the two aspects of the temporal dynamics and spatial pattern of the new urbanization development level in Hunan Province is analyzed.The main findings show that:(1)From 2007 to 2017,the development level of new-type urbanization in Hunan Province showed an overall rising trend.The comprehensive score of new-type urbanization level increased from 0.2496 in 2007 to 0.7851 in 2017,and the comprehensive score increased by 0.5355 from 2007 to 2017,with an average annual growth rate of 12.14%.Among them,the growth was relatively slow from 2007 to 2012,and relatively fast from 2012 to 2017.From the perspective of quantity level,land urbanization has the fastest growth rate,followed by population urbanization,and industrial urbanization has the slowest growth rate.In terms of quality level,the living quality,economic and technological level and innovation ability of urban and rural residents,as well as the environmental quality of urban and rural areas have all been improved to a certain extent.(2)The new urbanization level of Hunan Province has obvious regional heterogeneity and autocorrelation.From 2007 to 2017,the new urbanization level of the province has been showing the characteristics of the distribution pattern of the east and west,but with the gradual improvement of the new urbanization level in each county,the equilibrium of spatial distribution has gradually increased.The results of spatial self-correlation analysis show that the new urbanization level shows the spatial positive correlation,the spatial concentration is obvious,the high-high(H-H)area is mainly distributed in Chang-Zhu-Tan city group area,low-low(L-L)area is mainly distributed in the Greater Xiang Xi region.(3)In the process of promoting new-type urbanization in Hunan Province,remarkable results have been achieved,but at the same time,certain problems still exist: Compared with the whole country,the level of urbanization development lags behind,the level of social service is low,the level of regional development is wide,and the spatial distribution is not balanced.The radiation-driven effect of the central urban areas of each city is not strong.Therefore,we should attach importance to scientific planning,optimize the layout of urbanization in counties,strengthen the role of radiation in central urban areas,coordinate urban and rural development,and further improve the quality of urbanization.
