In the context of the promotion of national policies and the deepening of the concept of national fitness,fitness apps came into being and quickly gained popularity among the public.For developers to attract and stabilize the users of their own fitness software,it is the primary contradiction for developers to develop fitness apps.Through literature review,it is found that few people have been involved in the research on fitness apps based on the theory of use and satisfaction,and even fewer have been involved in the research on college students' fitness apps based on the theory of use and satisfaction.Therefore,this research with the use of communication and satisfy the theory as the theory of this paper,using the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,surveys college students fitness class dimension App use demand,use behavior characteristics,the use of satisfaction,and using correlation analysis and regression analysis of the statistical method to explore the relationship between the three for college students to use the fitness software,the influence of fitness class App based on results of the research,development and promotion of targeted Suggestions.The results show that:1.The main use needs of college students are cognitive needs,and the explanation rate of social integration needs is the lowest.The social integration needs of college students of different genders are significantly different.The cognitive needs,emotional needs and stress relief needs of college students of different majors were significantly different.The cognitive needs of college students with different degrees weresignificantly different.2.College students are not optimistic about the overall low utilization rate of fitness apps and the use of paid content.The most frequently used fitness software are Keep,happy running circle and happy moving circle.There were significant differences in the use behavior of college students with different degrees and majors,while there were no significant differences in the use behavior of college students with different genders.3.Fitness apps generally meet the needs of college students,but fail to meet their expectations in terms of cognitive needs.College students of different genders showed significant differences in meeting social integration needs and relieving pressure needs;college students of different majors showed significant differences in meeting emotional needs,meeting personal integration needs and relieving pressure needs;college students with different degrees showed significant differences in relieving pressure needs.4.Usage demand positively influences usage behavior,which positively influences usage satisfaction;however,the use of paid content negatively influences the demand for social integration and the demand for relieving pressure.Different use requirements positively affect different use satisfaction,and each type of use requirement has the greatest influence on the corresponding use satisfaction.Based on the research results and analysis on the use and satisfaction of fitness apps for college students,the following five Suggestions are proposed for the development and promotion of fitness apps based on the interview results and the research results of scholars in recent years.The second is: software publicity,integration of multiple platform user resources;The third is: on the after-sales service,pay attention to user experience feedback;The fourth is to segment the fitness App market interms of target groups.
