Research On The Construction Of Core Sports Literacy Index System For Preschool Teachers

The core quality index system of physical education is an important reference standard to test the teaching achievements and self-improvement of teachers,which is of great significance to the reform of physical education teaching and the adaptability of personnel training.In the preschool education stage,preschool teachers are the important guide and companion of the development of preschool sports.The level of their own sports core literacy will have an important impact on the growth of preschool sports.Therefore,preschool teachers should be clear about their own sports core literacy level,and actively explore ways to improve their own sports core literacy.The purpose of this study is to construct the index system of preschool teachers' Sports Core literacy,so as to provide basis for the development and evaluation of preschool teachers' Sports Core literacy,and help preschool teachers standardize the process of sports teaching.In the course of the study,literature,qualitative analysis,Delphi and questionnaire were used.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The core quality of preschool teachers' physical education refers to the essential character and key ability that the personnel who are engaged in physical education teaching in preschool education institutions should have about physical education and related fields,which is helpful for them to better complete physical education teaching and achieve personal success.2.The index system of preschool teachers' Sports Core literacy consists of two dimensions and 21 items.The first dimension is physical education teaching ability,including 13 specific items,such as mastering and applying the basic theory of physical education,measuring and evaluating children's physical health,and guiding children's physical activities;the second dimension is physical morality and values,including 8 specific items,such as fighting bravely,respecting self and others,and adhering to the correct outlook on victory and defeat.3.Explanation of core indicators: physical education teaching ability is animportant embodiment of the core quality of physical education of preschool teachers,which refers to the comprehensive professional ability of preschool teachers in physical education teaching and related activities,which is the key for teachers to cultivate the interests,habits,morality and behavior of children's sports.Physical education morality and values reflect the professional quality of physical education of preschool teachers and the value concept of treating preschool physical education.They refer to the stable principles,norms and spiritual features of preschool teachers in physical education and related activities,which are the important basis for teachers to keep teaching enthusiasm.4.The preliminary application of the index system of preschool teachers' Sports Core literacy shows that at present,the preschool teachers' Sports Core literacy in Quanzhou area is better in sports morality and values,and relatively poor in sports teaching ability,especially in the application of basic knowledge,physical fitness measurement and evaluation,and activity design and guidance;the main factors affecting the preschool teachers' Sports Core literacy are professional training In order to improve the core quality of preschool teachers' physical education,preschool teachers believe that it is an effective way to participate in the training,observe the curriculum learning and exchange in the park,hire sports experts to guide the park,and outsource the curriculum to professional institutions.5.According to the actual needs of the development of kindergarten physical education and the current situation of the development of teachers' Physical Core literacy,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the teachers' Physical Core literacy from three aspects: preschool service training,post service improvement and government purchase of services,mainly including "changing the training methods,hiring experts for guidance,participating in education and training,self-awareness improvement,and government purchase of social services Business,etc.
