Abstract/Summary:
The curriculum standard of high school physical education and health(2017 edition)puts forward the core quality of physical education,which means that teachers need to carry out high school physical education based on the cultivation of core quality of discipline.How to adapt their professional quality to the requirements of the new curriculum standards is an important task facing the professional development of high school physical education teachers.It is mentioned in the "professional standards for middle school teachers" that professional standards are the basic requirements of the state for the professional quality of qualified middle school teachers,the basic norms for the implementation of teachers’ teaching behaviors,and the basic guidelines for the professional development of teachers.Campus football is a basic national policy of our country,and the role of football teachers in the development of campus football is very important.Therefore,this paper,from the perspective of high school students’ core discipline literacy,takes teacher professional standards as the theoretical framework,and combines the actual needs of football teaching in high school physical education and health courses,preliminarily constructs a professional standard indicator system for football teachers,indicating the direction for the professional development of high school football teachers.Concluded based on the index system of building: 1.The three primary index,index of 19 2 class,74 measures of tertiary constitute a high school football in the primary index system of teacher’s professional standards,through the screening of experts,this study obtained the three first-level indicators,17 secondary indexes,football,composed of 69 measures of three-level index system of teachers’ professional standards and the weight of each index.2.The professional standards of high school football teachers are composed of three dimensions: moral cultivation,professional knowledge and professional ability.From the weight,we can see that professional ability is the first,followed by professional knowledge,and finally,moral cultivation.3.Football teachers should improve students’ abilities in development analysis and guidance,organization and teaching,excellent language expression,organization and management,educational wit,self-reflection,scientific research attitude,scientific research ability,social guidance and referee.Both the cultivation of students’ core quality of physical education and the promotion of the development of campus football require football teachers to have these abilities.4.Football teachers should reserve relevant educational and scientific knowledge,football physical training knowledge and football skills and tactics knowledge.Football teachers under the new curriculum reform should be student-oriented and understand the basic situation of students.Football is a technical and tactical activity based on physical ability,and football teachers should have relevant knowledge.5.Football teachers should have moral cultivation such as devotion to work,education with the ball and scientific sports concept.Football teachers under the new curriculum reform should not only love football,but also establish the concept of lifelong learning,keep learning,update football knowledge,and give full play to the educational function of football.Suggestion: 1.The football teachers should according to mark cultivation needs to organize teaching,cultivate students’ sports ability,sports,health,behavior and moral character,with good ethics as the foundation,rich football professional knowledge,improve their own professional ability,with the help of abundant education resources,innovation teaching,reflect on the teaching experience,and education reform.2.When the standards are applied in practice,they should be adjusted appropriately in light of the actual situation of school and football teachers,so as to emphasize the professional development of teachers and reflect the cultivation of students’ core quality of physical education.
