The 21st century has entered the period of rapid development of economy and knowledge globalization.,the demand for talents in the world is unprecedentedly strong,teacher training and reform have became an important means among countries in international competition.Preschool education is the foundation of all education.As the specific implementers of preschool education,preschool teachers are the important guarantee for the quality of early childhood education.At present,the improvement of preschool teachers' professional quality and ability has became an important way for all countries to improve the quality of preschool education.What kind of professional qualities should kindergarten teachers have in order to be called excellent preschool teachers?What is the core and key of these specialties?How can we promote the better professional growth of preschool teachers?Therefore,the construction of a set of scientific,core and front-line preschool teachers' core literacy system will play an important role in guiding the improvement of preschool teachers' professional level.Firstly,through combing the professional policies related to preschool teachers at home and abroad,the author abstracts the five primary dimensions of the preschool teachers' core literacy.Then through the literature study,the specific connotation and indicators of the core literacy are screened and condensed;Then,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the first line of preschool teachers to get the understanding and judgment of preschool teachers' core literacy,and the paper combines with the previous research results and initially constructs the"preschool teachers' core literacy system";After that,the core literacy system is revised and perfected through Delphi method consulting experts in the field of preschool education.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process and the expert ranking method to determine the weight of the core literacy system of preschool teachers,in order to ensure the scientificity and rigour of the system.The main research results are as follows.First of all,through the content analysis method,this paper summarizes the professional policies and the existing literature review at home and abroad,and combs the dimensions of core literacy of preschool teachers,by the combination of the same category,the difference of cross item and other methods,more than 300 specific connotations were refined and sorted out,and the primary dimension and the second level of the core literacy system of preschool teachers were obtained,and laid a good foundation for the preliminary construction of the system.On this basis,through the questionnaire survey to understand the screening of preschool teachers' core literacy,we select the top 30 core literacy that chose in the highest frequency,and compare,analyze and integrate with the previous research results,and initially build up the core literacy system for preschool teachers.Then,experts in preschool education are invited to assign the importance and consistency of the core literacy system,and the weight through AHP software is calculated to ensure the scientificity and feasibility of the system.Finally,the core literacy system of preschool teachers is formally established,including five first dimensions of "love and work","baby-centered","combination of education," "communication and cooperation" and "independent development";The 10 specific connotations include "professional ethics,professionalism,scientific view of children,teaching according to their aptitude,teaching ability,field accomplishment,parent-teacher communication,mutual cooperation,inquiry practice and lifelong learning",and 24 indicators of knowledge and ability.And the indicators are explained.
