Preschool teachers’ disposition is conform to the characteristics of preschool teachers’ disposition values, sense of responsibility, ethical and moral character, observable behavior.With the rapid development of preschool education, kindergarten teachers has become a hot career, supply and demand is imbalanced, there are differences in development, and a number of kindergarten teachers anomie behavior on the network exposure, aroused widespread concern.Preschool teachers’ disposition as a preschool teacher’s behavior, in the real work affect the daily life of children, also as one of the symbols of teachers’ professional ethics, professional quality index system for control of the construction of the early childhood teacher’s admittance threshold and the quality of preschool education to promote play an important role.This study is to build index system of preschool teachers’ disposition; the thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is to put up problem. This paper expounds the preschool teachers access standards, disposition, and the connotation of index system, combing the relevant research both at home and abroad, to determine the research content for the professional structure, index system and index system of the character of empirical investigation.The second part is the design of research;determine the research of preschool teachers’ questionnaires, interviews, distribution of preschool teachers’ disposition the initial questionnaire, a formal questionnaire and the empirical survey questionnaire, interview process using pre interview outline as well as the interview outline.The third part is the construction of index system of preschool teachers’ disposition,combined with the interview results from previous research, construction of preschool teachers’ professional character questionnaire, questionnaire for project analysis, factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and test reliability and validity of determine the structure of the character of professional. This study questionnaire Alpha reliability is 0.940, and through the validity test, determine the index system for 25 six indicators and secondary indicators. Use judgment matrix in the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine index weight, and set up the index system of the standard, the preschool teacher’s disposition of form a complete index system.The fourth part is the research of preschool teachers’ disposition. The empirical study findings as follows: preschool teachers’ disposition overall in good condition, the difference between dimensions. And two preschool teachers as instances of evaluation and measurement, it is concluded that this index system is feasible.The fifth part is a general discussion of the structure, the importance of the right to preschool teachers’ professional character Index System heavy discussion, as well as insufficientand raised prospects of this study.The sixth part of education recommendations, combined with research, access standard from standardization, rationalization proposals and professional qualities of professional operating system of indicators in these areas.
