In the 21 st century,cultivating students' core literacy has become the trend of education reform in countries and regions around the world.With the continuous development and deepening of China's education reform,strengthening the core literacy of our students has become the primary task of today's education reform.In order to implement the important instructions of the Party and the country ' s education policy,the Ministry of Education in 2014 issued and issued the “Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Tasks of Establishing Virtue and Education ”,proposing that the“Ministry of Education will organize research and put forward the core qualities of student development in each school segment The system clarifies the essential [J].New Teachers,2016(2).]] ".On September 13,2016,the three-year research on the core literacy of Chinese students' development was released at Beijing Normal University.How to achieve the goal of developing students' core literacy through the teaching of various disciplines is not only the historical mission shouldered by educators,but also the reform problem that education needs to be solved urgently in the context of the new era.This article combines the core literacy theory with the Wuchang District high school physical education teaching research in Wuhan City,which is helpful to provide suggestions for the Wuchang District high school physical education reform in Wuhan City.The trend of world education reform and development in the 21 st century and actions to enhance China's cultural soft power.This article uses the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and other methods to comprehensively sort out the development trajectory and framework of core literacy at home and abroad,andsummarize the relevant theories of core literacy and curriculum teaching.Strive to lay a good theoretical foundation for the follow-up research implementation recommendations.A questionnaire was developed in combination with relevant literature in the field of physical education at home and abroad.Through the questionnaire and interviews,the current status of the implementation of high school physical education in Wuchang District of Wuhan City was analyzed and analyzed.The main research conclusions of this article are:(1)Wuchang District of Wuhan City is a well-known education district nationwide,and it is a groundbreaking area for modern education within the provincial scope of Hubei Province.Wuchang District insists on diversification of schools and 10 high schools within the jurisdiction Hundreds of flowers bloom,and Wuchang District has always been the vanguard of education reform;(2)"General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards"(2017 version)focuses on core literacy.Among them,the nature of the curriculum emphasizes core literacy;the basic concept of the curriculum emphasizes core literacy;the content of new core literacy of disciplines is added;the core literacy requirements of disciplines are added to the overall goal of the curriculum;The trend of world education reform is also to implement the requirements of China's sports and health curriculum reform era,or to meet the internal needs of students to improve their core literacy;(4)In recent years,Wuchang District has achieved gratifying educational performance,but students have a core literacy in sports and health There are still problems that need to be solved urgently.Specifically,the sports ability level has the problems of incomplete learning of sports skill items,low technical content of learning content,and relatively low exercise load;the health behavior level has the weakness of lifelong sports awareness,poor grasp and application of health knowledge,The problems of emotional regulation and environmental adaptability need to be improved;there is the problem of the lack of students' perception of sports ethics at the level of sports ethics.Finally,combined with the requirements of the core literacy of physical education disciplines in the "General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards"(2017 version),the implementation recommendations for high school physical education in Wuchang District of Wuhan City were analyzed.The mainresearch recommendations of this article are as follows:(1)By paying attention to school differences,tapping its own unique teaching content,refine the core literacy of the discipline into the learning goals,strengthen the sense of goal,strengthen the "sports practice" sports skills learning method,and refine sports Skill characteristics,improve the technical content of teaching and maintain certain physical exercises to improve students 'athletic ability;(2)establish the concept of training students for lifelong sports,strengthen their establishment of health awareness,guide students to practice healthy behaviors,and thereby improve students' health Behavior;(3)Teachers need to deeply understand the connotation of sports ethics,dig deeply into the teaching content and ethics functions,reasonably choose effective methods and methods,pay close attention to the timing of education ethics and strengthen classroom observation,so as to cultivate student sports ethics.Through the above-mentioned efforts in many aspects to optimize the implementation of physical education teaching in Wuchang District of Wuhan City,to enhance the core quality of physical education and health of high school students in Wuchang District of Wuhan City,and promote its overall development.
