The traditional sports of the Chinese nation is the wisdom crystallization of the long-term practical activities of the Chinese sons and daughters.The traditional sportsof ethnic minorities in Hailar District has promoted the common progress among all ethnic groups,promoted the development of sports tourism,and promoted by virtue of the advantages of the neighboring three countr ies.In order to spread and display China's excellent traditional culture,it has shown its unique vitality in various fields,cultivate students' athletic ability,develop students' healthy behaviors,and cultivate their sports morality.And because of it s unique fitness,regionality and interest,traditional ethnic minority sports are more likely to meet the development requirements of the core literacy of sports disciplines.In order to adapt to the development of the times,traditional sports of ethnic minorities should also be effectively organized and developed.The thesis uses literature,interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other research methods to deeply explore the development of ethnic sports teaching resources in high schools in Hailar District under the core literacy concept.Field investigations were conducted on four high schools in Hailar District,including the No.1 Middle School,No.3 Middle School,and the No.1 Railway Middle School,and analyzed from the aspec ts of teachers,students,leaders,venues and equipment,and aimed to promote the development of traditional ethnic sports in Hailar District and promote Hailar District.The development of national sports teaching resources in schools.The following conclusions are drawn: 1 School leaders and front-line physical education teachers have a high degree of recognition for the opening of national sports programs and are willing to invest in the development of national sports curriculum resources.Physical education teachers have a certain understanding of the core literacy of physical education.Have a strong enthusiasm for developing national sports curriculum resources and a sense of national mission;2 Most students hope to set up national sports programs in the school's physical education class,and the main ones they hope to open are: Boke(wrestling),Mongolian aerobics,ethnic traditional dance.Female students hope to open national traditional dance sports teaching resources,while male students are more enthusiastic about bok and horse racing;the main problem in the development of Hailar's national sports curriculum resources under the 3 core literacy concept is the lack of professional development talents;insufficient financial support,leadership and sports Teachers' ability to participate in the development of national sports teaching resources is not strong;4 The teaching content of school sports classrooms is biased towards the setting of too many O lympic games,and the setting of national sports is too few.Recommendations: 1 Strengthen the promotion of core literacy and the important value of the core literacy of sports disciplines and specialize training with the use of physical education courses;2Respond to the call of General Secretary Xi to pay attention to the inheritance and development of excellent traditional sports culture;3 Increase investment in the core research Under the literacy level,the development of national sports curriculum resources,through practice to find problems a nd solve difficulties,so that they can be efficiently inherited;4 physical education teachers should develop subjective initiative and devote themselves to the development of curriculum resources.
