Rural education is a weak link in our country's education and is also a key part of our country's basic realization of educational modernization.However,as an important part of China's rural education,there are still problems in rural primary education.The key to improving the quality of education in rural primary schools lies in the construction of teachers in rural primary schools,especially the improvement of their educational ability.Since China entered a new era,which not only puts forward higher requirements for teachers' educational ability,but also points out the direction for the improvement of rural primary school teachers' educational ability.In this paper,rural primary teachers' educational ability in new era is constructed as the ability to shape students' values,cultivate students' ability to learn independently,enhance students' aesthetic ability and implement anti-frustration education.Taking each constituent element as a special topic,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to investigate and study the existing problems in the educational ability of rural primary school teachers in Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County of Chongqing,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improving the educational ability of rural primary school teachers.This research mainly consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which shows the background the research,expounds the research significance from two aspects of theory and practice,clear the ideas,methods,emphases,difficulty and innovations of the research.The second part expounds the theoretical basis and practical requirements related to teachers' educational ability,including the core concept definition,the constituent elements and characteristics of teachers' educational ability and the specific requirements for teachers' educational ability in the new era.The third part focuses on the ability to shape students' values,which is one of the components of rural primary teachers' educational ability in new era.This paper expounds that the existing problems are mainly the contradiction between the individual values shaping consciousness and behavior of rural primary school teachers,the differences among groups in the values shaping ability of rural primary school teachers,and the general emptiness of the values shaping content.This paper analyzes the specific reasons and puts forward three countermeasures for improvement,namely,to alleviate the contradictions.Narrowing differences through both internal and external application;Improving the organizational environment to promote the development of teachers' value education ability.The fourth part focuses on the cultivation of students' independent learning ability,which is one of the components of rural primary teachers' educational ability in new era.This paper expounds that the existing problems are mainly that the rural primary school teachers don't enough motivate students to independent learning,insufficient condition provision,and lack of method guidance.The specific reasons are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.First,we should renew the understanding of independent learning of rural primary school teachers from the root.Secondly,to guarantee students' independent learning conditions and methods by using cognition-driven skills;Finally,evaluation is used to promote and stimulate students' independent learning behavior and promote the ability of teachers.The fifth part focuses on improving students' aesthetic ability,which is one of the constituent elements of rural primary teachers' educational ability in new era.This paper expounds that the existing problems are mainly the lack of experience in the aesthetic education process.The resources of aesthetic education are not fully exploited.Aesthetic education lacks practicality.This paper analyzes the reasons and proposes to promote the development of teachers' aesthetic education ability with perfect cognition.Changing teachers' psychology and depending on the favorableresources;Finally,give full play to the level of professional teachers to lead the school aesthetic education of three countermeasures.The sixth part focuses on the ability to carry out anti-frustration education,which is one of the components of rural primary teachers' educational ability in new era.This paper expounds that the existing problems are mainly the bias of implementing objects,the singleness of approaches and the formalization tendency that correction is more important than prevention.The reasons are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.First,we must balance our efforts and teach students according to their aptitude.Secondly,the anti-frustration education should be perfected by various ways.Finally,create supporting conditions,lay a foundation for anti-frustration education,and prevent formalization.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect of this research.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The construction of rural primary school teachers' educational ability in new era should focus on promoting students' development.The improvement of rural primary school teachers' educational ability in new era is based on the all-round development of students at the present stage and in the future.Its ability construction should focus on promoting the all-round development of students.(2)Rural primary school teachers' cognition of teachers' educational ability needs to be improved.On the whole,rural primary school teachers' understanding of teachers' educational ability is not comprehensive and in-depth enough.(3)The specific environment has an important influence on the improvement of rural primary school teachers' educational ability.Including the policy environment from relevant departments of education,the specific measures taken by the teaching schools to give priority to examination,and the family environment of rural students.(4)The improvement of rural primary school teachers' educational ability in new era mainly depends on external supportive environment and teachers' autonomous learning.
