A Study On The Cultivation Of Law Awareness Of Pupil In The Teaching Of Morality And Rule Of Law

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed to incorporate the rule of law education into the national education system.In order to implement the rule of law education in elementary and middle schools,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Justice,and the National Office for Legal Popularization jointly issued the "Outline for the Education of the Rule of Law for Youth" in 2016.Since September 2017,the ministry's edition of the textbook "Ethics and the Rule of Law" has been fully implemented in primary and secondary schools.In the teaching of "Ethics and the Rule of Law",it is particularly important to cultivate the awareness of the rule of law among Pupils.As a builder and successor of socialism,adolescents are the key period for cultivating Pupils' cognition level,as well as an important period for cultivating Pupils' ideology and comprehensive qualities.They have a good sense of the rule of law.An important criterion for the quality of education under the rule of law.This research adopts the method of literature and questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of cultivating Pupils' legal consciousness in the course of "morality and rule of law".It also analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of Pupils' awareness of the rule of law,explores the underlying reasons for the difficulties in cultivating the awareness of the rule of law,and finally proposes effective and effective solutions from the perspective of moral and law teaching.This article is divided into three parts:The first chapter summarizes the cultivation of Pupil' awareness of rule of law in the course of morality and rule of law.This chapter discusses the relevant conceptanalysis,objectives and contents and the importance of research on the cultivation of Pupils' sense of rule of law in the course of "morality and rule of law",that is to say,it answers the question of "what is it".The second chapter explains and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of primary and middle school students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "morality and rule of law".Through a questionnaire survey of students and individual interviews with teachers,the current effectiveness of the cultivation of primary school students' awareness of the rule of law is detailed.The study found that the current cultivation of primary school students' awareness of the rule of law exists.The evaluation lags behind,and these problems make the cultivation of the rule of law awareness of primary school students fail to achieve the expected goals.The main reasons for the analysis are: teachers 'lack of professional abilities,primary students' low interest in active learning,and insufficient utilization of school resources.The third chapter puts forward the cultivation strategy of primary school students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "morality and rule of law".Aiming at the main problems and causes of the cultivation of primary school students' awareness of the rule of law,it proposes solutions from four aspects :improving the construction of teaching staff,improving the pertinence of teaching,improving the evaluation system,and strengthening the development of teaching resources,in order to promote the cultivation of primary school students' awareness of the rule of law.
