The new curriculum reform has been committed to improve the quality of teaching for twenty years,it provides a lot of advanced education ideas for the modernization of education,the teaching ideas are the most critical.The teacher's teaching concepts is the expression of the teacher's understanding of the modern teaching ideas,and it is also an important reason affecting the teaching behavior.Novice teachers have just received systematic pre-service training and learned advanced teaching theories,so they should have more reform-oriented and constructivist teaching concepts,and can implement classroom teaching behaviors consistent with their teaching concepts.Through literature review,it is found that this is not the case.Therefore,this study mainly investigates the teaching concepts of novice and expert teachers through questionnaire,investigates the teaching behaviors of the two groups of teachers by means of classroom record,and understands the results of the consistency of teaching concepts and teaching behaviors through semi-structured interview.The main research is as follows:Study 1:investigate the teaching concepts of novice and expert physics teachers.This research adopts Gao Lingbiao's questionnaire,“School Physics Teachers' Conceptions of Teaching”,to investigate the teaching concepts of physics teachers.After determining that the questionnaire has a good reliability and validity in the research,the survey results are as follows:(1)physics teachers recognize the injection teaching but have a more positive attitude towards the concept of developmental teaching.(2)the expert teachers' score are slightly higher than the novice teachers in two aspects,they are more likely to agree than the novice teachers.Study 2:Measure the teaching behavior of novice and expert teachers.Based on reading and sorting out a large number of literatures,and investigated the opinions of domestic teachers on the importance and frequency of teaching behaviors,the author reference "classroom observation protocol"(COP)of Imelda,and then adapted it into the "classroom teaching behavior observation scale" and measured 7 teachers.The results are as follows:(1)the teaching behavior of expert teachers belongs to mixed orientation;for novice teachers,three belong to the transitive orientation and one belongs to the mixed orientation.(2)except one expert teacher,construction-oriented teaching behavior hardly appears in other teachers' classes.Study 3:analyze the results of consistency of teaching concept and behavior on novice and expert teachers.Based on the previous two studies and semi-structured interviews with teachers,the author draws the following conclusions: The teaching concept of expert teachers is consistent with the their behavior,while most novice teachers are not.Teaching experience seems will affect the transformation from teaching concept to teaching behavior.Studying teaching idea and teaching behavior of the two groups of teachers helps teachers to clarify the current situation of their idea and behavior,and realizes the gap between them.It can promote the renewal of teachers' teaching idea,respectively,help to find the corresponding behavior which conforms to the modern education teaching,thereby improving the quality of teaching,also improving teachers' professional level.
