to improve the emotional experience of loneliness and inferiority among these students has been common among sports and psychology scholars. The topic of research.Cooperative learning is a comprehensive teaching system based on psychology-related research, based on classroom interpersonal relationships, based on cooperation as the basic motivation, group learning as the organizational form, and group performance as the evaluation standard.Sports rehabilitation and health care courses are designed to guarantee the fair access to physical education for special injured, disabled, sick and weak students in ordinary universities, and arrange appropriate sports and health care activities in the classroom to help restore the physical and mental health of students and gradually establish lifelong sports awareness sports course.Applying cooperative learning to sports rehabilitation and health care courses is conducive to enriching the teaching form of sports rehabilitation and health care classes, improving students 'interpersonal communication and inquiry learning ability, and improving the situation of loneliness and inferiority among injured, disabled, sick and weak students.Adaptability and enhancing students' overall mental health are of practical significance.Based on the investigation and understanding of the injuries, disabilities, illnesses, and loneliness and inferiority of students in physical rehabilitation classes, this study explores the effects of loneliness and inferiority on students with injuries, disabilities, diseases, and weak students based on cooperative learning.Impact.After reviewing and analyzing relevant theories and practice studies at home and abroad using the literature data system, the Inferiority Scale(FIS)and Loneliness Scale(UCLA)were selected to measure and measure the loneliness and inferiority of students in physical rehabilitation classes Analyze and select students with strong sense of loneliness or low self-esteem as experimental subjects.Cooperative learning is applied to the sports rehabilitation and health care curriculum, and a7-week teaching experiment is conducted to intervene in the loneliness and inferiority feelings of the students in the sports rehabilitation and health care class.Finally,Spss21.0mathematical statistical analysis software was used to conduct statistics and analysis on the status of inferiority and loneliness of students in physical rehabilitation classes,to explore the gender and grade differences of loneliness and inferiority among students in physical rehabilitation classes. Before and after the test, the data were analyzed for differences,to determine whether the physical rehabilitation rehabilitation course based on cooperative learning can improve students' loneliness and inferiority, and whether the experimental effect is continuous based on the pre-and post-test and extended test data.Research indicates:(1)The loneliness and inferiority of students in physical rehabilitation classes is stronger than the norm of loneliness and inferiority among ordinary college students nationwide. There is no gender difference in loneliness among students in physical rehabilitation classes, but girls 'inferiority complex is significantly higher than that of boys. The inferiority and loneliness of first-year students are stronger than those of sophomores, but the difference in loneliness is significant, and the difference in inferiority is not significant.(2)There are differences in loneliness and inferiority among students with different injury types in sports rehabilitation classes.Specifically, students with disabilities have the strongest loneliness and low self-esteem,short-term injury(post-operative recovery)students have the lowest loneliness and low self-esteem,and chronic disease type students with disabilities have low loneliness and low self-esteem The difference is not significant. There are significant differences between students with short-term injuries(postoperative recovery period)and students with disabilities and chronic diseases.(3)Sports rehabilitation and health care courses based on cooperative learning can effectively reduce students' sense of loneliness and inferiority, and have a continuous effect. The analysis of the various dimensions of inferiority complex shows that the impact on the four dimensions of self-esteem,social confidence, learning ability, and physical fitness is significant, but the impact on the appearance is not significant.(4)Traditional sports rehabilitation and health care courses have a positive impact on students' loneliness and inferiority, but have not achieved significant results.
