Research On Social Work Intervening In Women's Anti-domestic Violence Service From A Synergetic Perspective

According to a survey by the China Women's Federation,about 30% of China's 270 million families have domestic violence,and in domestic violence,more than 90% of the victims are women.Domestic violence has the characteristics of extensiveness,concealment,and acquisition.Its complexity determines that multi-sectoral joint intervention is necessary to fundamentally solve the problem of domestic violence.The localized anti-domestic violence service for women is also being continuously explored.Civil affairs departments,women's federations,social organizations,etc.have all intervened in the work of anti-domestic violence against women to varying degrees.The author found through research and practice There are three basic forms of women's anti-domestic violence services,which are led by the Women's Federation,the Civil affairs department and the social work agencies.These three forms of women's anti-domestic violence services have the problems of integration efficiency of service resources,service effectiveness.And the problem of matching service actions failed to form a localized anti-domestic violence service model.Dongguan Baiyulan Family Service Center is a family service brand guided by Dongguan women's federation,it operated by social workers,and established in every town in Dongguan.Dongguan Women's Federation relies on this social work service platform to establish a coordinated anti-domestic violence service mechanism.Hierarchical organization building,referral and asylum mechanism across the towns;and social workers as the leaders to cooperate with Women's federations,lawyers,Public safety agency,Psychological consultants and other subjects to carry out collaborative services on three levels.There are anti-domestic violence prevention advocacy,anti-domestic violence case management and promote functional recovery.It has important reference significance for exploring the localized anti-domestic violence service of women centered on social work and multi-system collaborative work.Therefore,based on a collaborative perspective,this study carried out research through case study and structured interview,and concluded that the Baiyulan Family Service Center's collaborative women's anti-domestic violence service has obvious effects.Including thepositive changes of consumers,the community and society,as well as the positive impact on the service efficiency,effectiveness and sustainability of women's work against domestic violence.However,the service model still has some shortcomings,such as the integrity of the collaborative system remain to be improved,the functions of the subjects of the coordinated services are insufficient,and the guidelines for the coordinated cooperation need to be strengthened.Although there are still deficiencies and the administrative division of Dongguan City have particularity,this kind of collaborative service is still of great significance for exploring the service methods of localized social work involved in women's anti-domestic violence.The next step is to perfect the integrity of the anti-domestic violence cooperative service system,formulate support measures for each coordinated service subject,establish service coordination cooperation guidelines,absorb more resources into the women's anti-domestic violence cooperative system,and strengthen the summary of effects and model promotion.
