Secondary vocational school is the cradle of cultivating technical talents in our country,which plays an important role in the social progress and economic development of our country.In this paper,the problems existing in the performance management of C secondary vocational schools and the optimization countermeasures are taken as the research topic,and the field survey method and questionnaire survey method are used to carry on the research.The introduction part adopts the literature method to study the relevant literature of this topic,analyzes the present situation of internal and external research,the core concepts and theoretical basis,and expounds the research contents and viewpoints of this topic,so as to clarify the research context,innovation and shortcomings of this topic.In the part of subject research,the basic situation and performance management of C secondary vocational school are described and divided into two parts: first,the basic situation of C secondary vocational school and the general situation of its performance management are described.Through questionnaire survey,this paper understands the key information related to each step of performance management,such as the cognition of performance management and the degree of satisfaction of the teaching staff of C secondary vocational school,which provides the empirical basis and case basis for the analysis of the following performance management problems,and confirms the results achieved by C secondary vocational school through performance management.Then on the basis of confirming its achievements,it points out that there are some problems,the research of which is mainly from the unclear positioning of performance management;the mechanism of performance management is not perfect;the deviation of performance incentive results is analyzed one by one,and in the fourth chapter,the main reasons for the problems are determined as follows: the ideological understanding is not in place and the management conditions are not sufficient.Finally,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the performance management system of C secondary vocational schools: changing ideas,making feasible performance plans,scientific performance work,perfecting performance implementation links,and doing a good job of performance feedback.The innovation of this paper is to study the performance management of C secondary vocational schools through literature research,field investigation and questionnaire survey,and to analyze the existing problems of performance management in C secondary vocational schools by synthesizing the theoretical knowledge of public management,sociology,economics and so on.In order to analyze the problems comprehensively and deeply,I have made innovations in the research methods and research angles.On the basis of paying attention to the empirical analysis,case analysis and the application of comparative analysis,this paper innovatively puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the performance management of C secondary vocational schools from the two angles of performance management process and performance management system.
