Research On The Innovation Of Student Management Mode In Private Universities

With the in-depth implementation of China's strategy of developing the country through science,education and talents,higher education is developing rapidly,and cultivating qualified socialism builders and successors with solid professional knowledge and comprehensive quality is the goal of higher education.Efficient student management is the guarantee to promote talent education.With the increase of the number of universities and students,the management of students is becoming more important,and the traditional model of student management and the mode of talent education are gradually showing many disadvantages.In order to find a more suitable model of talent training and student management,most universities in China are actively exploring and innovating.As an important part of higher education,private universities are becoming more and more important in higher education.With the support of good policies,the number of private universities and students in the school are also increasing year after year.The increase of universities makes the competition between universities become fierce.Some private universities realize that in order to survive and develop in the fierce competition,in addition to active innovation in subject construction,we also need to reform and innovate in the areas of student management,talent education,in order to adapt to the development of social demand for talent.In exploring how to survive and develop in the competitive environment of universities,and how to realize the reform and innovation of talent training mode and student management mode,the flexible management mechanism and operation mechanism of private universities provide a good foundation for reform and innovation.Some private universities have explored and implemented the student management mode of the residential college system,that is,they can better meet the training and management of students,and can also better educate students,which is ofgreat significance to promote the promotion of the connotation of private universities.This paper combines theory and practical cases,and by comparing the traditional student management mode with the residential college system,together with the development status and competition trend of private universities,this paper points out the necessity of the innovative reform of the student management mode of the residential college.On the basis of research on the management mode of the college system implemented by universities globally,through the current situation of A college implementing the reform of the accommodation college system,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the implementation of the accommodation college system,in order to perfect the implementation measures of A college accommodation college and the system construction of the student management mode of the residential college system.
