With the expanding of social reform and the growth of higher education in China,Society put forward higher requirements to talents cultivation quality,especially for the college students' innovation ability and comprehensive quality.What kindof person should we train become the emphasis and difficulty in the current higher education reform.As a new type of student management mode for college,academic learning system has been push forward for more than ten years in our country,and has a positive meaning for exploration,but based on our university long term education management system,academic learning system has been still faces many challenges and confusion.College institutions function is not clear,the contradiction between the academy and school management,teachers-students' communication with the academy is not sufficient and college students lack of autonomy each college students problems such as lack of autonomy restricts the college system functions.These problems restrict the functions of academic learning system.This study,through comparing analysis,uses students management mode as the research object,and takes academic learning system management mode of some universities both at home and abroad as an example,systematically expounds the present situation of the management mode of academic learning system and it's development dilemma.It also demonstrates the cause of development dilemma in academic learning system management mode based on the theory of governance theory and humanistic management.The aim of this study has great practical significance and reference value in improving the college management pattern and promoting effective implementation of academic learning system in a larger scope.The full text is divided into five parts.In the Introduction part,we mainly introduced the proposal of problems,research purpose and meaning,main research method,and the status quo of the study of student management and academic learning system in our county,we also defined the related concepts involved in the paper.In the first chapter,we mainly define the key concepts of the paper,and expounds the theoretical basis of this study,the emphasis is on the governance theory and the humanistic management theory.In the second chapter,we discuss the reasons and the general situation of the implementation of the academy system at home and abroad,and makes a detailed description of the Chinese University in Hongkong,Fudan Universityand Xi'an Jiaotong University.The third chapter mainly summarizes and analyzes the development of the academic learning system,at present the academic learning system has many problems such as the unclear function,poor communication between academy and College,the deficiency of Students participating in the system,Through the analysis of the problem,we find that the main reason is that the main body of management is not comprehensive,the management system is not perfect andmanagement process is not scientific.The fourth chapter is comparative analysis combined with Britishand American residential college system,and makes a detail analysis to the characteristics and advantages of foreign academic learning system On the basis of this,we summarized the Enlightenment of the foreign accommodation college system to our academy system.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the concrete optimization path of the current college student management mode from the following aspects: the organization structure and the system design of the college,the strengthening of the construction of the college students and the discussion of the matrix student management.
