Career maturity refers to the degree of preparation for making appropriate career decisions based on certain knowledge and attitude of career decisions.For high school students,career maturity is a preparation for the future,which requires high school students to have the ability to think and explore the future.Future time insight is helpful to understand high school students' cognitive,emotional and behavioral tendencies towards the future,but there are few studies on the relationship between future time insight and career maturity,and the results are inconsistent.Therefore,on the premise of verifying the relationship between future time insight and career maturity,this study explored whether the way of group intervention in future time insight can improve career maturity.Research objectives :(1)to comprehensively understand the development status of high school students' future time insight and career maturity,and to explore the relationship between future time insight and career maturity.(2)designed a group counseling program with the theme of improving future time insight,and explored the improvement effect of group intervention on future time insight of high school students and the improvement of career maturity.Research methods: first,400 high school students were surveyed by questionnaire on the future time perception scale of teenagers(lu houchao)and the career maturity questionnaire of middle school students(liu hui),and 374 valid data were recovered.To understand the future time insight of high school students and the development status and influencing factors of career maturity.And explore the relationship between the two.Secondly,according to the result of questionnaire survey,design form in order to improve the high school students in the future time perspective,to improve the vocational maturity group intervention plan,for the purpose of adopting experimental control group before and after the study design,to explore the effect of group counseling intervention: randomly selected high grade two parallel class as the experimental group and the control group,experimental group received nine times group counseling intervention,control group do not make any intervention.The results are as follows:(1)overall situation of high school students' future time insight.Positive feelings about the future;Have a clearer understanding of the future;But it lacks planning for the future.The specific dimensions of future time insight are significantly different in gender,arts and science,student leaders,places of origin and grades.(2)the overall situation of vocational maturity of high school students is at a medium level.When the understanding of professional self-knowledge is not clear enough,the stability level is the highest and the utility level is the lowest.There are significant differences in vocational maturity in gender,student cadre and only child.(3)the future negative and future confusion of future time insight were significantly negatively correlated with career maturity,while the other positive dimensions were significantly positively correlated with the total score of career maturity.Future confusion,future persistence,future planning,and future positivity have significant predictive effects on career maturity.(4)group intervention can effectively improve the future time insight level of high school students,improve the level of career maturity,and the post-test score of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: high school students' future time insight can predict their career maturity.Effective group counseling intervention can improve their future time insight and improve their career maturity.
