Simultaneous development of five educations,moral education first,elementary school moral education is the most effective and most direct course that can integrate the core values of socialism into the cultivation of newcomers of the times,and also plays a guiding and guaranteeing role for the other four educations.It is a socialist builder and successor for our country.The cultivation of people has laid the ideological foundation.Therefore,the development of the moral education curriculum in primary schools is particularly important for the current realization of the fundamental task of education in China.At present,many primary school moral education courses still implement the national curriculum,using a unified national curriculum and syllabus,lacking flexibility and diversity,but with the development of basic education curriculum reform,the implementation of three levels of national,local and school curriculum management,Enlarging the space for school independence,the state encourages schools to develop school-running features.Many elementary schools have started the development of school-based courses in moral education.Taking local culture as the background and schools as the base,they attach importance to the development of students' main body and closely follow the goals of national moral education.In accordance with the needs of social changes and student development,curriculum adjustments and changes can be made at any time,and great results have been achieved in recent years.This research is divided into five parts: Part I: Introduction.This part mainly introduces the research origin,research purpose and significance,core concepts and main connotations,literature review and research plan design.The second part: the survey of the development of school-based curriculum of moral education in S primary school.This part mainly introduces the basic situation of the survey school,conducts interview surveys and questionnaire surveys from three aspects of school leaders,teachers and students,collects the data of school-based curriculum development of S primary school moral education,and collects and analyzes the data to organize S primary school The successful experience of the development of the school-based curriculum of moral education is summarized.It is hoped that through this research,the successful experience of the development of the school-based curriculum of moral education of S Primary School in Haikou City can be promoted for other schools to learn from.Part III: Analysis of the problems and reasons of the school-based curriculum development of S elementary school moral education.This part summarizes the dilemma and problems faced by the school in the development of the school-based curriculumof moral education by analyzing the collected data,and summarizes and analyzes these problems.Part IV: Strategic research to solve the problems in the development of school-based curriculum of moral education in elementary schools.This part mainly applies the relevant theoretical foundation and basic principles to the existing problems,and proposes targeted strategies from the aspects of education managers,teachers,curriculum development content and moral education network,and curriculum evaluation,so that the S elementary school moral education school-based curriculum is more suitable The needs of students,the realization of the fundamental task of school moral education,and the cultivation and development of useful socialist talents with Chinese characteristics.Part V: Conclusion.This part mainly summarizes the development of school-based curriculum of moral education in S primary school.
