The Moral education school-based curriculum is not only the important component of the curriculum system, but also the important component of the school Moral education system. It is an important way to enhance the actual effect of the school Moral education work. As a kind of dissemination channel and a conformity way to the Moral education goal and the Moral education content, the Moral education school-based curriculum plays a vital role in the Moral education. As an important component of the national, the place and the school third-level Moral education curriculum structure, the development of the Moral education school-based curriculum can enhance the pointed and compatibility of the school Moral education. Therefore, it already received the attention of the people day by day.Since reform and open policy, the private school has a precious opportunity to developing because the gradually changing of the school education system from the sole government school into multi-dimensional social school in our country. From the 1980s, a batch of private educational institutions presented one after another in many regions of Guangxi. From the 1990s, the private school in Guangxi entered the stage which developed with steady steps after adjustment and standard. Because some private school complied with the change of the social development, developing the innovation unceasingly and sticking out the characteristic teaching, they provided the more diverser and the higher grade education to the society, and promoted the development of the elementary education enterprise.Yinghua normal school was established in Nanning in May,1994. It's a private, modernization and the type of lodging school which collecting the elementary school, the junior middle school, the high school educates in a body. Basing on the front development of the time, the school insisted setting up by Moral education and paying great attention to the characteristic teaching since it was established. During it's developing process, the school was evaluated "the demonstrativeness ordinary high school in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region", "the demonstrative characteristic school in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region", "the advanced group of education managed by the people in the national" and so on. Now, the school has already been a flag of education managed by the people in Guangxi, and has realized the large-scale and sustainable development. These achievement's acquisition is inseparable with the school vigorously developing the education of "the responsibility and the honor". According to the student's actual situation and the social development Sets the request to the quality of a talent, the school revises the exhortation to "the responsibility and the honor" in 1998. Then the school carried on the education of "the responsibility and the honor" in the student. After more than ten years of accumulation, "responsibility and honor" has been the mainstream culture of the school, manifesting the unique school style and the unique spiritual appearance of the school.In order to grasp systematically the entire process which "the responsibility and the honor" Moral education school-based curriculum develops, summarize the valuable experience which obtains in the development process in the Moral education school-based curriculums of the middle school which managed by the people in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, so as to improve the quality of the work of the school Moral education, I conducted system's research to the work which related to the Moral education in Yinghua normal school. In the research process, I diligently achieve to reappear the really production process under the correlation theories instruction that the school Moral education school-based curriculum development. The research content first analyzes Moral education, curriculum, school-based curriculum, Moral education school-based curriculum, Moral education school-based curriculum development and so on concepts; then analysis the rationale which the Moral education school-based curriculum develops from the Marxist philosophy, the pedagogy and the educational policy laws and regulations and so on aspects; then analysis the significance and the value of developing Moral education school-based curriculum unifies some characteristic of the middle school which managed by the people in our country, the principle of developing Moral education school-based curriculum, the characteristic of developing Moral education school-based curriculum; then carries on inspecting the development process of Yinghua normal school Moral education school-based curriculum, including carries on appraisal the needs of the curriculum, establishes the leadership organization to the Moral education school-based curriculum, definites the goal of the curriculum, selects the content of the curriculum, organizes to carry out the curriculum, estimates the effect of the curriculum and so on; finally analysis some experience which obtains and some questions which meets in the development process of the Moral education school-based curriculum in this school.The paper mainly analysis how the Yinghua normal school implement "the responsibility and the honor" education in the Moral education work by stages, and how the Yinghua normal school Seep "the responsibility and the honor" education in the discipline teaching, and how the Yinghua normal school advance "the responsibility and the honor" education in the campus cultural reconstruction, and how the Yinghua normal school build the education field of "the responsibility and the honor" by union the home, the school and the community participation together in the implementation process of "the responsibility and the honor" education, so as to excavate and conform various kinds of Moral education resources in the school and the extracurricular effectively, enhance the actual effect of the Moral education; and some valuable experiences which obtains in the development of "the responsibility and the honor" education.I hope the paper can provide one kind of experience and a model to the school how systematically and effectively uses each kind of carrier of the Moral education school-based curriculum in the performance history of the Moral education school-based curriculum, excavation and conformity the resources of the Moral education in the school and the extracurricular, further enhancement the pointed and the effectiveness of the school Moral education work.The paper mainly uses the following method:(1) literature methodology; (2) on-the-spot investigation law; (3) questionnaire survey procedure; (4) interview law; (5) case methodology.
