As an indispensable part of the people's livelihood,education has always been a topic that people from all walks of life pay close attention to.As decision-makers and practitioners of education,government and educational functional departments have a crucial impact on the development of education in all aspects.However,the credibility of education reflects the public's trust or satisfaction with the government and education departments in performing their educational functions.For local higher education,education of credibility can bring stability to the local environment,the high quality students,a high level of teaching staff,adequate education resources and good social reputation,these factors can not only promote the development of quality education,form a virtuous cycle,at the same time,also can promote a regional governing image of the government and the functions of the education.In short,educational credibility is an important recessive resource that can be used by the government and educational functional departments.In view of the weakening of qinhuangdao district education S credibility problem,this paper get the education in the important role of credibility construction,to define reality of education credibility,in the social contract theory,responsible government theory,principal-agent theory,and many scholars both at home and abroad based on the study of credibility evaluation standard,the S area and grassroots public oriented education workers around government affairs public,scientific management,teaching quality,the attitude construction and the social effect of S education district government credibility in five dimensions,weakening the phenomenon were investigated,It is concluded that the lack of transparency of government affairs,the unreasonable distribution of educational resources and the imperfect administrative supervision system will affect the construction of educational credibility.The reason is that the government does not pay enough attention to the educational information work and the lack of public information institutions is serious.The imbalance of teaching quality and the hidden trouble of contradictions between families and schools caused by the unfair allocation of educational resources in the region;As well as the government in the administrative supervision of the implementation of the lack of many hidden dangers and questions.Finally,aiming at the cause of S weakening area education credibility analysis,combined with local actual situation,discusses the current problems existing in the education department and enhance education of credibility from gradually establish the channels of education information disclosure system,legalization institutionalized information disclosure work,cultivate the social public cultural awareness;Establish a region-wide education resource base,coordinate the proportion of educational resources allocated within the region,and balance the level of education between urban and rural areas and between schools;We should strengthen the administrative supervision system and mechanism,combine the external supervision force and the awareness of internal supervision,seriously hold accountable the improper educational administrative behaviors and the behaviors that disturb the normal educational order,and improve the educational credibility of the S district government by solving the educational problems and the source of conflicts.
