Research On The Optimization Of Internal Supervision System In Qinhuangdao Vocational And Technical College

The internal supervision of the university is an essential part of the internal affairs management of the higher education institutions in our country.It is an important organization form of self-management,self-discipline and self-supervision in the university.It is the system guarantee for the university to run the school in accordance with the law.However,the internal supervision in colleges and universities is in a very awkward position.It is related to the administrative supervision system in general sense.What kind of law should be used to position it,what functions and authority it should have,and the existing legal and theoretical research is still lacking.Therefore,it is of great theoretical,practical and practical significance to study the system of administrative supervision in colleges and universities,and then to put forward the basic ideas and effective measures to perfect the system.First of all,it introduces the research background and purpose of this paper,defines the concept of University supervision,and summarizes the relevant research of experts and scholars at home and abroad.Secondly,it summarizes the basic theories of supervision and management in Colleges and universities,summarizes the relevant theories involved in this paper,and analyzes the current situation of internal supervision in Qinhuangdao vocational and technical college.Through the design of the questionnaire on the satisfaction of internal supervision in Qinhuangdao vocational and technical college,combined with the results of the questionnaire,it dissects the causes of internal supervision problems in Qinhuangdao vocational and technical college Analysis.Finally,based on the above research,the internal supervision system of Qinhuangdao vocational and technical college is optimized.Including the optimization of institutional setting,function performance and team building,it is proposed to speed up the formulation of special laws and regulations and implement the "two oriented" reform ideas.The main research methods of this paper include literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey.The research results of this paper play a positive role in promoting the scientific construction of internal supervision system and the improvement of supervision and management level of domestic universities.
