With the deepening of reform of political and economic in China, sports reform has been achieved aaccomplishment so well and the public sports organizations has been achieved a rapid development whichinvolved in the management of public affairs social sports more often, meet the people’s needs ofdiversification and played an important role in promoting sports development and harmonious developmentof the industry. However, due to the special character of reform in China’s sports system "top-down", is notenough thoroughly, resulting in such a new type of sports organizations, mostly originated from aproduction in sports administration department, with a clear duality of officials and the public, such sportsorganizations classified as non-profit sports organization, non-government sports organization, industry ofsports associations, such concepts as the studies could not fully reflect their uniqueness, its connotationneed a new interpretation. With these new sports organizations play an increasingly important role in sports,the problem has become increasingly prominent, especially in the supervision mechanism which is notperfect and can not guarantee the development of the organization run in a health way. The currentdomestic research is still in its infancy, so establish and improve a reasonable and efficient supervisionmechanism for the development of China’s sports system reform and theoretical studies have academicvalue and practical significance.This thesis consists of two parts, the first part of the connotation of these newsports organizations has been made by the multiple perspectives with the causes, functions, socialrelationships interpretation, defined as the administrative-market organizations. The second part based onthe governance theory, the "economic man" assumption theory, the principal-agent theory, social controltheory and game theory perspective,which analyze the theoretical significance of administrative-marketorganizations and manifest the necessary of build a market-oriented supervision mechanism. On the basisof theoretical analysis and based on China’s actual situation, from government supervision, socialsupervision and the internal supervision to analyze the status and problems of the administrativesupervision mechanisms of market-oriented sports organizations. On the basis of study from foreignadvanced experience of external supervision mechanisms and internal supervision mechanisms, putforward some countermeasures to build and improve the supervision mechanism of administrative-market organizations.
