With the rapid development of higher education in China,campus water supply network is under heavy load,and the importance of secondary water supply system increasingly prominent.As the key point of smart campus environment information construction,it's urgently necessary to improve the digitalization and informatization level of the water supply distribution system(secondary water supply system).In this paper,a water supply network monitoring system of high performance was designed.According to the actual requirements of the project,it aims at solving the problems,such as low degree of automation,slow information transmission,inconvenient operation and maintenance,and waste of water resources,etc.The campus water supply network monitoring system designed for the campus in this paper is composed of a pump room information acquisition system,a pipe network information acquisition system and an Internet of Things monitoring system,using embedded technology and Internet of things technology to realize real-time networked monitoring of campus water supply system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the status of campus water supply network system for campus was investigated through consulting a large number of relevant literatures.In view of the weaknesses of the monitoring system for a campus currently,the overall design scheme and control algorithms of the system were determined after making a detailed analysis of the actual project.Secondly,according to the design scheme,STM32F103C8T6 was selected the main control chip to design the multi-channel signal acquisition system,MCGS touch screen was chosen for on-site human-computer interaction,NB-IoT module was used to realize the communication between the lower computer and the Internet of Things cloud platform,and the combination of embedded signal acquisition collection system and Internet of Things to finally realized the remote monitoring.Then,hardware schematic diagram and PCB circuit board were designed according to the functional requirements of the monitoring system of water supply pipe network in smart campus,and C Language Programming was used to achieve the MCU software development.Finally,an algorithm of pipeline leakage detection and position based on flow balance combined with negative pressure wave was proposed to solve the problems of no leakage detection and single leakage detection method in the pipe network of campus water supply system.The flow balance method was selected for leak detection and the negative pressure wave generated by the leaky point was used to locate the pipeline leakage,and then an improved wavelet algorithm was introduced to solve the problem of noise in negative pressure wave signal acquisition.The water supply network monitoring system for the campus has been put into operation in Qingdao University of Science and Technology.The results showed that each module of the system operates normally and meets the design requirements,which realizes the reliable monitoring of the water supply network for the campus and greatly improves the timeliness of the monitoring and the reliability of water supply.
