In daily education activities,the author found some primary school lower grade students in order to get something or grandparents did not meet their needs and the parents elder abuse or beaten loudly,for small animals or plants or heartless cruelty were abused or deliberately pick trample,or to friends and classmates for their things,or a word to fisticuffs.They are self-indulgent,selfish,self-centered and lack caring behavior.It is of great significance to study the current situation of pupils' caring behavior and find out the problems in their caring behavior.By referring to the domestic and foreign theoretical research on caring and caring behavior,and combining with the reality of caring behavior of the junior students in the primary school of our school,the author compiled a questionnaire on the status quo of caring behavior of junior students in primary schools.At the same time,the basic state of the first and second grade students in class and the activities between classes were observed by the method of observation.The interview method was used to conduct detailed face-to-face interviews with 2 head teachers from three dimensions of caring for oneself and family members,caring for teachers and classmates,caring for plants and animals,and telephone or Internet interviews with 20 students.The research finds that the following problems exist in the caring behavior of the students in the lower grade of primary school: first,the awareness of caring for family members is very weak;second,the care for teachers and classmates is utilitarian;third,the indifference to animal and plant life.The main reason for the problems of primary school students' caring behavior is that there is a certain lack of cultivation of students' caring behavior.First,students' understanding of the connotation of caring and the scope of caring objects is not comprehensive enough,and they only show obvious caring behavior to those close to them.Second,the students in the class,whether it is the class culture or class activities to students' caring behavior of insufficient training;Third,there is no consensus among schools and families on the cultivation of students' caring behavior,forming a joint force in education.In view of the problems and causes of primary school students' caring behavior,this paper explores an effective way to cultivate primary school students' caring behavior through class management practice.Second,from the three aspects of class rules,environment,class wind to build a caring class culture;Third,the organization of the theme of caring class meeting;Fourth,carry out class activities with the theme of care;Fifth,strengthen the communication and cooperation between home and school,form a joint force to cultivate students' caring behavior.
