On the basis of combing the existing literature,combined with the actual situation of Y primary school in Shanghai,this paper makes an investigation.This paper mainly studies the current situation,problems and causes of classroom care behavior of primary school teachers,and finally puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.Through reading the relevant literature,at the same time,with the help of questionnaire and interview,this study analyzes the overall situation and problems of the current primary school teachers’ classroom care behavior,and analyzes the causes of the problems from four aspects: teachers,schools,parents and society,and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions for the primary school teachers’ classroom care.This study analyzes the current situation of teachers’ classroom care behavior from the following aspects: Teachers’ understanding of the necessity of classroom care,the extent of teachers’ classroom care,the content of teachers’ classroom care,students’ response to classroom care and the specific performance of teachers’ classroom care.The research shows that there are some problems in the classroom care of primary school teachers,mainly including: the content of teachers’ classroom care is unreasonable,the specific performance is not good,and teachers and students’ perception of care is biased.According to the problems of primary school teachers’ classroom care,this paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: teachers,schools,parents and society.Teachers’ factors include: Teachers’ lack of understanding of classroom care,the influence of teachers’ differences,and teachers’ lack of relevant knowledge.School factors include: the campus culture care is not fully reflected,the school related guidance is not rich and the school system constraints.There are differences in parents’ educational ideas.Social factors include examination oriented education and the influence of public opinion.Finally,based on the above problems and their causes,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies,including: teachers should strengthen the understanding of care and establish a good relationship between teachers and students.The school creates an environment full of humanistic care,improves the management system and reduces the pressure on teachers.Parents should set up the educational idea of caring and adopt reasonable educational methods.The society should create a caring social atmosphere and correct public opinion guidance.
