In 2019,the general office of the state council issued the guidance on promoting the reform of education methods in ordinary senior high schools in the new era,proposing to improve the quality of homework design.High school math curriculum standards also require that math be taught to all students.As a part of the teaching process,homework is of great significance for students to understand and consolidate what they have learned in class,to cultivate their ability and habit of independent thinking,to develop their intelligence and to cultivate their emotional attitude and values.However,we know from the feedback from teachers and students that there are some problems with the homework.Therefore,this paper chooses mathematics homework of senior grade students as the breakthrough point.This paper briefly investigates the current situation of mathematics homework of students in a senior high school,and puts forward the implementation strategy of optimizing homework design according to the problems in homework.It aims at complementing the advantages of traditional homework and jointly promote student developmentThrough the questionnaire survey of some students in grade 1 of Yan Tai no.4middle school,it is found that there are some problems in the math homework of students in grade 1 in the following aspects:(1)students have a one-sided understanding of the function of homework and only pay attention to the mechanical consolidation of knowledge;(2)the design,arrangement and correction of homework are single,which is not conducive to the development of students;(3)in the process of homework,teachers' authority,teachers' and students' relations are not harmonious;(4)the number of questions is large,difficult and time-consuming.By analyzing the problems existing in the above math homework and having a certain understanding of the functions of the form of homework,this paper proposes the form of homework that should deal with the disadvantages of the current homework,from the design,layout and correction of homework three aspects of the implementation of the homework strategy.Taking the concept of function as an example,the implementation steps are developed in detail mainly from the aspect of the design strategy of the job.Through several specific assignments,the results are asfollows:(1)the consultative homework enables students to have the right of discourse for homework and increases their interest in homework.(2)students' homework design has cultivated their ability to analyze and solve problems,and their homework efficiency has been improved.(3)targeted homework reduces students' academic burden and strengthens their independent learning ability.(4)the consultation process makes the relationship between teachers and students more democratic and harmonious,which fully reflects the principal position of students.(5)exchanges and cooperation among students promote the sharing of resources and bring closer the feelings between students.In the following part,this paper expounds the shortcomings of the research and the problems of the consultative work.In this paper,only a few specific implementation of the consultative work,the conclusion can not fully prove the advantages of the consultative work,in the next time,will do further in-depth research and improvement.
