Since 2001, the foundation launched a vigorous reform and the construction of model high education. In high school curriculum continuously push forward the process of classroom teaching is becoming researchers and teachers concerns. Job is to promote students to consolidate knowledge and enhance a teaching activity of thinking. How to enhance the effectiveness of job design, in order to promote the improvement of the quality of teaching mathematics, become an important research topic of attention.In this paper, demonstrative high school and non-demonstrative high school math homework design as a starting point, at home and abroad by the job design literature of the sort defined mathematical operations, the effectiveness of math homework, math homework design, exemplary and non-demonstrative high school and other core concepts of high school, summed up work in psychology and teaching an important role. Research methods from students, teachers, job case three angles, through questionnaires, interviews, case studies, etc.,were demonstrative high school and non-demonstrative high school students’ interest in learning mathematics, mathematics and evaluation of job attitudes, needs and expectations, workhabits and completion, recognize two school mathematics teacher math homework, layout and marking situations math homework and math homework to optimize the design and operation recommendations cases were investigated.Based on the above analysis found that China’s current high school math homework in the design and completion of the existence of content in the form of unified, students solve problems is not standardized, there is no timely revised teacher correcting single mode and other issues. Mathematics Teacher jobs outlook, student work concept, layout and marking jobs will affect the validity of high school math homework. This article put forward a clear math homework design goal, to stimulate student interest, respect for the dominant position of students, students good study habits, typical topics,focusing on math homework and practical design principles inspiring, diverse and arrangement of the main job in the form of flexible, layered work with modern information technology,attention, marking and evaluation, job design strategies to strengthen math homework reuse.
