The Design And Development Research About Educational Technology Training Project For Vocational Education Teachers Of Facing The Teacher Professional Development

Our vocational education has achieved the great-leap-forward development with the increasing investment for it of our country. The construction of teachers'team is the development prerequisite and the quality of security for education, and teacher resource of vocational education is appeared especially outstanding in such a fast development. Teacher training is one of the most effective ways for rising and resolving the teachers'quality. To design and develop some effective training mode of vocational education and strategy will play a thrusting action for development of the teachers'quality and professional development.Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education. Based on the case study of the 2008-2010 Guangxi secondary vocational school teachers'Integrating Educational Technology into the Curriculum training, the paper combed some related theory of vocational education teachers'education technology training. And the paper also takes teachers'professional development as the concept, takes the research idea which based on the design as the methodology guidance. It gives a systematic training design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation for the training project, and gradually perfects training system. What's more, the paper put forward the teachers'professional development ways based on the courseware development and teachers benign development model based on social software. And the paper constructed the training pattern software with teachers'professional development oriented under the information technology environment. Through all of these facts, the paper provides reference for teacher training areas and the teachers professional development.
