Under the guidance of three educators,Dewey,Yan Yangchu and Tao Xingzhi,this thesis aims to explore the present situation of village teachers' participation in local culture education.This study is beneficial to promote the professional growth of rural primary school teachers,inject the "root" spiritual core into the development of primary school students,while promoting the development of local culture education can constantly reverse the decline of local culture.The research background of the thesis is under the author's own life reality,the national education document policy and the rural education rejuvenation strategy.Based on the present situation of village teachers and local culture and education in Z county,the author responds to General Secretary Xi's "Chinese Excellent Traditional Literature" The essence of Chinese culture is local culture,which is called to combine the two with rural education.This paper adopts the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative.Through the form of questionnaire,the present situation of village teachers' participation in local culture education is investigated,and the results are analyzed by data software to draw a conclusion,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the participation of village teachers in local culture education.At the same time,the author also used the interview method,the author went deep into the village teacher classroom line to listen to the class,after class with the village teacher interviews to further understand the village teacher participation in local culture education status.Furthermore,the principals of rural primary schools in Z county and the village chiefs of the community were interviewed.Through investigation and research,it is found that the participation of village teachers in the curriculum,classroom teaching and rural public cultura l activities is not high,and the utilization of local cultural and educational resources is insufficient.This is closely related to the lack of knowledge learning on local culture education in the education experience of village primary teachers themselves,the lack of local culture education and training of rural primary schools to village primary teachers,the training mode of normal colleges and universities,and the teaching evaluation mechanism of education departments.In short,improving the participation of village teachers in local culture education needs the support of teachers themselves and the whole society.
