The rules of Taekwondo are constantly changing.Since the world Taekwondo federation was founded in 1973,the number of changes of Taekwondo competition rules has reached more than 20 times in the past 47 years.Taekwondo was introduced to China in 1995,so far to this day our country holds the "world Taekwondo grand slam championship series" shows that our country Taekwondo is in a higher direction of development.The change of the new rules will inevitably have a certain impact on the technique and tactics.How to reasonably use the new rules can the athletes achieve remarkable results in the competition.The new rules provide scientific basis for coaches to make training plans for athletes.Using the methods of literature,observation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and expert interview,this paper analyzed the competition data of Shandong Taekwondo players Jin,Jiao,Ma,and Pan who participated in the national Taekwondo championship in 2016 and the 13 th national games in 2017.The results show:1.The revised new rules have increased torso scores,and stricter penalties for“grabbing and pushing opponent athletes” and “knee lift obstructions” are used to encourage offense and ensure fairness and openness of the game,thereby increasing In addition to the appreciation of the game,the new rules allow the "push + kick" behavior,allowing athletes to boldly attack at close range,which increases the continuity of attack compared to the original rules.2.Athletes use more front leg kick techniques to enhance the success rate of counterattacks,counterattacks and continuous scoring.In normal training,coaches should pay attention to athletes,physical fitness and special physical fitness training.The key to athletes' winning,coaches should pay attention to increase the content of athletes' physical training during training,and increase the physical reserves of athletes' usual training,so as to improve the chances of athletes to win.3.Under the new rules,Taekwondo's tactics show the characteristics of offensive tactics and supplementary attack tactics.The scoring method is mainly offensive tactics.The success rate of counterattack tactics is lower than the success rate of offensive tactics.An excellent athlete can not ignore the importance of counterattack tactics while possessing a high offensive ability.In terms of scoring success rate,counterattack tactics are still Has certain advantages.In addition,an excellent athlete must have a strategic mind that combines offensive and defensive skills,and can choose the appropriate offensive and defensive method in a timely manner.This is the direction that every athlete should strive for.4.Under the new rules,athletes should continue to improve their grasp of the rules,and combine the new rules with more targeted adaptive training during the training preparation process.At the same time,athletes must not only learn to thoroughly understand the new rules but also learn how to use the rules.Use the rules to train incombination with your own technical characteristics in order to exert the best level of exercise.
