At present,the decline of teenagers' Physique in China is more serious,which has attracted the attention of relevant departments.In this case,the general office of the people's Government of Shandong Province issued a new policy in December2017,requiring the reform of the physical examination,establishing a new evaluation mechanism of "sports participation + physical health test + sports skills test",aiming at improving the physical quality and health education level of students.Therefore,with the promulgation of the new policy,the relevant teaching content should be improved.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics are used,Extensive reference to the implementation status and implementation methods related to the research content of this paper in the literature,explore the optimization of junior high school basketball "integration in and out of class" teaching content setting has a positive impact on students' physical quality,sports skills,teaching objectives and other aspects,and make a comparative analysis with the traditional basketball teaching effect.Through the 18 week teaching experiment,the data before and after the experiment were collated and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:The results show that:1.Through a period of teaching experiments,the results of basketball technology evaluation and standard achievement in the experimental group are significantly better than those in the control group,which shows that the "integration of teaching content in and out of class" teaching is better than the traditional basketball teaching mode in skill teaching,which can effectively improve the teaching effect of basketball class and promote students' mastery of basketball technology.2.The physical quality of the students in the experimental class and the control class is obviously improved,and the growth rate is large.Through the results of paired test,we found that although the average scores of test items in the physical quality of students in the experimental group and the control group have improved to some extent,and the increase of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group.3.Both the experimental class and the control class have significant improvement in teaching objectives,especially in sports participation and mental health.Research conclusion: the optimization of the teaching content of "integration in and out of class" can not only promote the improvement of students' physical quality and sports skills,but also promote the improvement of students' teaching objectives.
